Background : Ovarian cancer is a common malignancy in gynecology, because of its early lesions is not easy to find, more than 70% of patients diagnosed in the middle and late, mortality ranks first in female genital tract tumors. The study of the origin and pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is of great significance in the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer.CD8 + T cells are considered to be major lymphocyte subsets in the tumor microenvironment and are an important part of tumor immune surveillance and are associated with a good prognosis in ovarian cancer.Mucosal integrin CD103 has the effect of promoting T cell infiltration into epithelial tissue. It is believed that CD103 can be expressed in tumor-reactive T cells in ovarian cancer. Now we study the expression of CD103 and CD8 + T cells in ovarian cancer and their correlation analysis. Objective: The expression of CD103 and CD8 + T cells in ovarian cancer and ovarian benign lesion were detected by immunohistochemistry, further to explore the differences and correlation,of the expression of CD103,CD8 + T cells in ovarian cancer and benign ovarian lesions. Methods: The pathological biopsies that include 28 cases of ovarian cancer,8 cases of ovarian benign lesions were obtained from Shanghai General Hospital of Pathology from the year 2007 to 2016 by surgical resection.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD103 and CD8 + T lymphocytes in ovarian cancer tissues and ovarian benign lesions. Results: CD103 and CD8 + T cells were expressed in ovarian cancer and benign ovarian lesions. After the statistical analysis,CD8 + T cells and CD103 in ovarian cancer tissues and benign ovarian lesions were significantly different expression(P<0.05),the difference of CD8 + T cell expression was correlated with the staging of ovarian cancer(P<0.05),CD103 expression was not associated with pathological stage of ovarian cancer,CD103 and CD8 + T cells were positively correlated(r=0.588,P<0.05).Conclusion: CD103 and CD8 + T cells are highly expressed in ovarian cancer, suggesting that CD8 + T cells are associated with the development of ovarian cancer.CD103 plays a role in homing and localization of CD8 + T cells in ovarian cancer.
