Purposes To investigate the second preoperative anxiety and depression in patients who underwent second percutaneous coronary interventions in a short period of time, and to analyze the correlation between various influencing factors and anxiety and depression,so as to provide a theoretical reference for clinical nursing. Methods In this study,a convenient and sampling method was used to select 123 patients who underwent PCI in a cardiovascular department of a top three hospital in Lanzhou from January 2018 to January 2019.The research tools are a patient clinical data sheet, the Barthelindex of ADL,an anxiety self-rating scale, depression self-rating scale,as well as the questionnaire for patients with negative emotional events. The patient's anxiety and depression status were evaluated, and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results1.A total of 23 items of negative emotional events were constructed by literature search, group discussion and clinical investigation. After a two-round Delphi technique, two items were deleted, one item was merged, one item was added, and 21 items were eventually retained.2.The anxiety level(44.82±9.12)and the depression level(41.91±8.32)of the patients receiving PCI twice in a short period of time was obviously higher than that of the domestic norm(29.78±10.7),(33.46±8.55),the difference was statistically significant.3.According to the One-way analysis of variance, the possible factors that may affect anxiety in patients who received PCI twice in the short term are: gender, complicated hypertension, psychiatric hospitalization,ADL scores, emergency operation at the first time, admission mode and form of hospitalization. The possible factors that may affect depression in patients who received PCI twice in the short term are: gender and smoking, emergency operation at the first time.4.The relationship between anxiety, depression and negative emotional events was obtained by Spearman correlation analysis. The results suggest that the first treatment is emergency surgery, hospital admission, economic stress, lack of sleep or insufficient rest, limited self-care ability, fear of recurrence and There was a positive correlation between the patient's anxiety;the first treatment was emergency surgery, there was economic stress, lack of sleep or insufficient rest, and the doctors and nurses did not answer my question in detail was a positive correlation between patient's depression.5.The results of multiple linear regression showed that all the four factors, including gender,ADL scores, economic pressure, poor quality of sleep or not getting enough rest, had an impact on the anxiety level of patients who received the PCI twice in a short period of time, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Gender and economic stress had an influence on the depression level of the patients who received the PCI twice in a short period of time, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions1.Patients who received the PCI twice in a short period of time are more prone to anxiety and depression.2.Gender,self-care ability, poor quality of sleep or not getting enough rest and economic pressure are the objective factors affecting anxiety of patients. It is promote that woman, patients with low self-care ability Patients and when they have poor sleep quality, economic pressure are more prone to anxiety.3.Gender and economic stress are objective factors affecting the depression of patients, women and patients with economic stress are more prone to depression.
