Objective In the present study, the serum tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA19-9),cancer antigen125(CA125)and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and immunohistochemical indexes(Ki-67 and Villin)were detected and statistically analyzed in 48 patients with colorectal cancer, the differencesintheexpressionlevelsofserumtumormarkersand immunohistochemical indexes in colorectal cancer patients with different genders, ages, clinical stages, degrees of differentiation, degrees of infiltration and lymph node metastasis were detected, and the value of tumor markers and immunohistochemical indexes in the diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients was explored,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer in clinic in the future.Method The patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from November 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively collected, and the preoperative serum tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9,CA125 and AFP)and immunohistochemical indexes(Ki-67 and Villin)of postoperative pathological specimens were screened from 48 patients. The serum tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9,CA125 and AFP)and immunohistochemical indexes(Ki-67 and Villin),and the patient's gender, age, degree of tumor differentiation,TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage were recorded.SPSS20.0 software was used for data analysis, the measurement data were expressed as meanąstandard deviation(??ąs),the two samples were compared using t test, analysis of variance was adopted for the comparison between groups, and LSD-t test was adopted for the pairwise comparison. The enumeration data were expressed as percentage, and the?~2 test or Fisher's exact probability test was adopted for the comparison of rate between or among samples.P<0.05 suggested that the difference was statistically significant. The differences in the expression levels of serum tumor markers and immunohistochemical indexes were analyzed under different genders, ages, clinical stages, degrees of differentiation, degrees of infiltration and lymph node metastasis. Results 1.It was found in the analysis of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and AFP levels in patients with stage I,II and III colorectal cancer that the serum CEA level in patients with stage III colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in stage I and stage II patients, showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum tumor markers CA19-9,CA125 and AFP levels had no statistically significant difference in different clinical stages(P>0.05).2.It was found in the correlation analysis of levels of tumor markers CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and AFP with gender, age, depth of invasion, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and degree of differentiation that the tumor markers CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and AFP had no significant differences among groups(P>0.05).3.It was found that the positive rate of Villin had statistically significant difference in different clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),while the positive rate of Villin had no statistically significant difference in different genders, ages, degrees of differentiation and depth of invasion(P>0.05).4.It was also found that the positive rate of Ki-67 had statistically significant difference in different degrees of differentiation of colorectal cancer(P<0.05),while the positive rate of Ki-67 had no statistically significant difference in different genders, ages, clinical stages, degrees of differentiation and depth of invasion(P>0.05).Conclusions 1.The level of serum tumor marker CEA is related to the clinical stage of colorectal cancer.2.The levels of serum tumor markers CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and AFP have no statistically significant difference in different ages, genders, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and degrees of differentiation of colorectal cancer.3.That Ki-67 may be related to the malignancy of colorectal cancer.4.The positive rate of Villin has a certain valuable in predicting the condition and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
