Objective:To investigate the status quo of exercise adherence behavior of The older adultsand its influencing factors,and to test the hypothesis that social support and public sports services have interactive effects on exercise adherence behavior of The older adults to explore the impact mechanism of exercise adherence behavior of the elderly,to develop and implement The older adults exercise adherence behavior to promote the intervention and measures to provide a basis.Methods:A total of 349 valid questionnaires were collected from 360 residents aged 60 years or older who had lived in Baoding for more than 12 months by stratified-cluster sampling The efficiency of the questionnaire was 96.94%.Using EpiData 3.1 software to input the data,after checking,and imported it into SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis.This paper analyzes the differences of sociological and demographic factors that influence the exercise behavior of the elderly.The scores of social support level and satisfaction degree of public sports services were standardized and sorted.The Logistic regression model was used to analyze the social support and public sports services.(P<0.05)Results:1.Among the 349 respondents,48.7% were men and 51.3% were women.The average age is about 71.5 years old,and the age distribution is mainly concentrated in the 70-year-old age group.The top three in education level were primary school(35.5%)junior high school(26.9%)illiteracy or illiteracy(18.1%).In the distribution of residential areas,there are 200people(57.31%)in the countryside,75 people(21.49%)in the county seat and 74 people(21.20%)in the city.The majority of the people who knew their health status thought they were healthy(62.2%).Most older people earn less than 1,000 yuan a month.In the Exercise Program,227 elderly People Chose Brisk Walking and jogging.There were 36 seniors who chose health exercises and 31 seniors who chose Wushu.Fewer than 20 choices were madefor ball games and instruments.The choice of sports and exercise sites was more balanced,with 117 people occupying the most vacant land along the road.The number of seniors who chose to exercise at stadium was significantly lower,at just eight.2.The standardization of public sports services is divided into 63.62 and the standardization of social support is divided into 53.91.3.The results showed that the exercise adherence behavior of The older adults was related to gender,age,education,income,residence and self-evaluation of health status.4.Taking the adherence to exercise behavior(adherence to 1,not adherence to 0)as the dependent variable,and taking gender,age,educational level,income,residence,self-rated health status,social support and satisfaction with public sports services as the independent variables,to perform a multifactorial analysis.The results showed that gender,age,education,income,residence,health status self-evaluation,public sports services and social support were all related to exercise persistence behavior of the older adults.5.Age,sex,education level,income,residence and health status self-rated as confounding factors were used as the dependent variables of adherence to exercise(adherence to 1,not adherence to 0)Logistic Regression analysis was carried out by incorporating the product item of public sports services and social support.The results showed that public sports services and social support had a multiplicative interaction(p < 0.05).Conclusion:1.In Baoding,the number of elderly people who take part in sports and exercise is relatively small,and the distribution of sports and exercise sites is relatively scattered.2.The level of social support and satisfaction with public sports servicess for The older adultsin Baoding are approaching the middle level.3.Older women in Baoding are slightly less likely than older men to exercise.Over 65 years old,with the growth of age,adhere to the behavior level of exercise decreased gradually.In general,the higher level of the education,the higher level of the income,and the higher level of the income.the higher level of exercise adherence behavior.In the residential area,the level of sports exercise of the urban elderly is obviously better than that of the rural area,the difference of residential area shows that the construction of sports infrastructure is not balanced.4.The self-rated health survey found that the proportion of older people in Baoding who rated themselves as healthier was higher,while the poorer the self-rated health,the higher the level of exercise adherence.5.Social Support and public sports services have interactive effects on the exercise persistence behavior of the elderly.
