Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis With Kidney-yang Deficiency In Plateau Area By Integrative Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: By observing the TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes of Wenyang Bushen Decoction combined with western medicine in treating rheumatoid arthritis and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in plateau,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and kidney yang deficiency syndrome with Wenyang Bushen Decoction combined with western medicine.Methods: The enrolled patients were from 105 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in the outpatient department of Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The syndrome differentiation of TCM was kidney yang deficiency.According to the random number table method,it was divided into Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Chinese and Western medicine group,including 35 cases of Chinese medicine group,35 cases of western medicine group and 35 cases of Chinese and Western medicine group.The Chinese medicine group was given Wenyang Bushen Decoction,the western medicine group was given methotrexate tablets and aceclofenac tablets,and the Chinese and Western medicine group was given Wenyang Bushen Decoction combined with methotrexate tablets and aceclofenac tablets.Three groups of patients were observed at 0,4,8,and 12 weeks for TCM syndrome,CRP,ESR,RF,Anti-CCP,Joint Function classification,DAS28 score and other adverse reactions.The data were analyzed by IBM SPSS19.0 software,and the differences in TCM syndrome,joint function and laboratory serum index of the three groups of patients were compared.Results: During the observation period,5 cases were detached(3 cases in the Chinese medicine group and 2 cases in the western medicine group),and 100 cases were completed.After analysis,the TCM syndrome and Joint Function of the Chinese medicine group,the western medicine group and the Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly improved,and CRP,ESR,RF,Anti-CCP and DAS28 were significantly decreased,and the adverse reactions were small.After 3 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome,joint function,CRP,ESR,RF,CRP,anti-CCP,and DAS28 scores of the three groups were significantly different,which was statistically significant..Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Wenyang Bushen Decoction combined with western medicine has significant curative effect on treating kidney-yang deficiency syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis in high altitude area.It can not only improve TCM syndrome and joint function,but also significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory index and reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine.It provides a new idea for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with integrated Chinese and Western medicine and is worthy of clinical promotion.
