| Objective To compare and analyze the indexes of patients with acute kidney injury(AKI)in ××after hospitalization at different time after CRRT treatment, and then to determine the best time for CRRT treatment.Methods(1)All 101 patients were enrolled,of which AKI stage 2 patients were divided into A1(early: CRRT treatment within 12 hours),A2(late stage: CRRT treatment after 12 hours),26 cases,AKI stage 3 patients.According to the time of starting CRRT treatment,25 cases were classified as B1(early: CRRT treatment within 12 hours),and 23 cases were B2(late stage: CRRT treatment after 12 hours).(2)Collect general information of all patients(hospital number, gender, age, time of admission to ICU,past medical history, etc.);blood creatinine and urine volume of patients enrolled 2 hours after admission and 2h,24 h after treatment and discharge day;recorded CRRT correlation Complications;and information on the situation after 28 days of treatment.(3)The patient is staged according to the condition, and the patients in each stage are grouped according to the start time. Results The proportion of male patients with AKI was 62.3%;the main cause was septic injury and drug damage, which accounted for 43.5% and 40.5%,respectively;the average hospital stay for patients with early stage AKI2 was 113.38±15.67 hours. The average length of stay in patients who started treatment in the late stage was 125.58±18.67 hours;the average length of hospital stay in patients with early stage AKI3 was 135.20±23.00 hours, and the average length of hospital stay in patients who started treatment in the late stage was 158.00±23.57 hours;the incidence of complications in patients with AKI2 during treatment At 67.9%,the complication rate of AKI stage 2 patients was 62.5%;the number of patients died at 28 days was 48.6%.Conclusions Within 12 hours of CRRT treatment can promote renal function recovery, reduce ICU time and 28-day mortality in AKI2 stage;Within 12 hoursof CRRT treatment will increase the incidence of CRRT complications, which can reduce the ICU time of AKI patients, but can not reduce AKI3 28-day mortality rate;the severity of AKI patients was related to renal function recovery,28-day mortality, and ICU stay, but did not affect the incidence of CRRT complications;AKI stage 3 patients had poor treatment in ICU and had to be more specialist treatments,as well as training more specialized medical staff and researching more effective treatments to improve patient survival... |
