Objective: In this study, the relationship between serum uric acid level and albuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy was further investigated by observing urine protein level, blood uric acid level and other clinical indicators in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Retrospectively collected from September 2017 to September 2018 in Affiliated hospital of qinghai university diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy 179 clinical cases, according to the albuminuria levels are divided into microalbuminuria and a large number of albuminuria group, and the general data and laboratory data of two groups of patients with sorting and statistical analysis, statistical analysis of the above have obvious differences in the effects after filtering into multiple factors analysis for patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy appear a large number of independent risk factors for the development of proteinuria, and proteinuria and blood uric acid on Spearman correlation analysis.Results:1.A total of 179 patients were collected,of which 72.63% were male and 27.37% were female. The detection rate of massive proteinuria was 49.72%.2.Single factor analysis found that patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy microalbuminuria group and a large amount of proteinuria in age, duration, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, urinary inhibition C,urea nitrogen, creatinine, glomerular filtration rate, retinol binding protein, albumin, blood uric acid, alanine transaminase, blood sedimentation, exist in the statistical significant difference between fasting glucose(P < 0.05).3.Multivariate analysis showed that serum uric acid level, course of disease, and systolic blood pressure were independent risk factors for the occurrence of proteinuria in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.4.Spearman analysis was performed on serum uric acid and urine protein, and the results showed that there was a positive correlation between serum uric acid and proteinuria(r=0.445,P= < 0.001).Conclusions:1.The detection rate of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with massive proteinuria was 49.72% in 179 cases.2.Elevated uric acid levels, longer course of disease, and elevated systolic blood pressure are independent risk factors for proteinuria progression in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.3.There was a positive correlation between serum uric acid level and 24-hour urine protein level.
