Objective:Analysis and discussion about recurrence factors of atrial fibrillation patients after catheter ablation at high altitude. Methods:We collect 34 patients with atrial fibrillation who were treated by radiofrequency ablation at high altitude(2428.50+290.34m)as subjects.Follow-up 3 months and 6 months, divided into recurrence group and non-recurrence group from ECG results. We collect gender, age, body mass index(BMI),blood pressure, heart rhythm(rate),oxygen saturation,ECG,color Doppler echocardiography,COPD history, liver and kidney function, blood routine count.According to their recurrence and non-recurrence case, statistical analysis,to explore the relapse related factors.Results:(1)Following up for 3 months,Fisher's exact probability method was used to compare the recurrence of patients with different sex and COPD.The recurrence rate of patients with COPD history was higher than that of patients without COPD history(P<0.001),and there was no statistical significance between the sexes(P=0.101);the recurrence rate of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation was higher than that of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(P=0.101);the recurrence rate of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation was higher The anterior and posterior diameters of left atrium and right atrium in patients with recurrence were higher than those in patients without recurrence(P<0.001).(2)Following up for 6 months,Fisher's exact probability method was used to compare the recurrence of patients with different gender and COPD.The recurrence rate of patients with COPD history was higher than that of patients without COPD history(P<0.005),and there was no significant difference between the sexes(P=0.201);the recurrence rate of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation was higher than that of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(P=0.005);independent sample t test or corrected t test ratio were used.Compared with the basic data of relapsed and non-relapsed patients, the anterior and posterior diameters of left atrium and left and right atrium of relapsed patients were higher than those of non-relapsed patients(P <0.001).Conclusions:(1)Diagnostic categories of atrial fibrillation and anterior and posterior diameters of left atrium are common predictors and risk factors for recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation in plain and high altitude areas.(2)For the first time, this study found that COPD history and right atrial diameter were predictors and risk factors for recurrence of AF after radiofrequency ablation at high altitude.
