Objective :At present,Da Vinci robot technology has become mature in China.Da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery has its advantages, safety, feasibility and good short-term effect. This study used a psychiatric scale to quantify depression and anxiety in patients with colon cancer treated with the Da Vinci robotic surgery system and compared it with patients undergoing conventional laparoscopic surgery to explore the Da Vinci robotic surgery system for colon cancer.Whether the prognosis of the patient's psychological condition is more advantageous than traditional laparoscopy. Methods :The clinical data of patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer from January 2018 to January 2019 in Gansu Provincial People's Hospital were collected.40 cases of colorectal cancer radical operation were performed using Da Vinci robotic surgery system, with patient age, gender,BMI,culture. The degree was covariate using the nearest neighbor ratio method in 44 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery. The self-assessment was performed on the 3rd and 7th postoperative days after admission by the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).The self-evaluation results were statistically analyzed, and the results of the two groups were compared to draw conclusions. Results :There was no significant difference in depression and anxiety scores between the two groups at the time of admission and on the third day after surgery(P>0.05).On the7 th day after surgery, the depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared. The Da Vinci group had depression and anxiety scores, respectively. The scores of(45.20±5.779)and(44.40±6.496)were lower than those of the traditional laparoscopic group(49.86±6.583)and(47.45±6.222),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of depression and anxiety between the two groups at the time of admission and on the third day after surgery(P>0.05).The incidence of depression and anxiety in the Da Vinci group on the 7th day after surgery was17.50%,15.00%),the traditional laparoscopic group was(38.64%,27.27%).On the 7th day after surgery, the incidence of depressive symptoms in the Da Vinci group was significantly lower than that in the conventional laparoscopic group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of anxiety symptoms on the 7th day after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion :Patients with colonic malignant tumors are prone to negative emotions such as depression and anxiety during the diagnosis and treatment, and have a high incidence of depression and anxiety symptoms. For patients with colon cancer, radical surgical resection as a transient trauma treatment can significantly increase the incidence of depression and anxiety in patients.Colonization of colon cancer with the help of Da Vinci robot has a better impact on patients' psychological emotion than traditional laparoscopic surgery.
