Objective:To explore the relationship between pelvic organ prolapse(POP)and dietary habit s and human body components,combined with the method of syndrome differentiation,to analyze the characteristics of the disease and provide reasonable dietary advice an d guidance for POP patients.Method:Recruitment from January 2018 to December 2018,182 patients diagnosed with P OP(POP-Q classification)were diagnosed in the gynaecological clinic and inpatient de partment of the People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group were all from the physical examination of the People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the age of 20 years old(excludin g POP patients),a total of 182 cases,all need to meet the inclusion criteria,unified dietary habits investigation,clinical symptoms investigation,and human body compone nts Investigate,use the method of syndrome differentiation and syndrome integral to e xplore the characteristics of POP TCM syndrome,and use statistical analysis to explor e the relationship between POP and disease syndrome and dietary habits and human b ody components.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences in diet structure,partial preference,staple foo d structure,satiety degree and eating patterns between the two groups(P<0.05),but th ere was no significant correlation between postprandial activities(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of prolapse between the preference fo r meat,vegetables,eating only fine grains,overeating,and irregular eating(P<0.05).3.Body type was statistically significant in the two groups(P<0.05).The differenc es in body fatness,fat excess,low fat,low body weight and low body weight were s tatistically significant(P<0.05).4.There were statistical differences in liver and kidney dimensions(P<0.05).The spleen distribution was the most in the disease syndrome,followed by kidney and live r.The kidneys have more III and IV degrees,and the liver has more I and II degree s.The spleen is more evenly distributed in all dimensions.5.Dietary glutinin was uneven,food intake was full,eating was irregular,body fat and abdominal visceral fat level were higher,and the correlation was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the consumption of fine grains a nd human body components(P>0.05).6.The degree of prolapse was positively correlated with the uneven diet,overeati ng,and irregular eating(P<0.05),and positively correlated with visceral fat level(r=0.231).The spleen was positively correlated with the degree of fullness,regularity of m eal,body fat,and abdominal visceral fat.The kidneys were uneven in diet,satiety,re gularity of meal,body fat,and abdominal visceral fat.Correlation;liver was positively correlated with the degree of satiety,body fat,and abdominal visceral fat.The liver was negatively correlated with diet structure;all had P<0.05,and the correlation was significant.Conclusions:1.Characteristics of POP eating habits Pelvic organ prolapse is closely related to eating habits,feeding preference(bias of meat,vegetables,eating only fine grains),o vereating,irregular eating and prolapse.With the increase in feeding preference,satiety,and irregular eating,POP is gradually aggravated.2.Characteristics of POP human body components Body fat,low fat,low body weight,low fat and low body weight are more likely to suffer from POP,which is si gnificantly related to body fat mass and abdominal visceral fat level.3.The relationship between POP diet and human body components POP patients have partial feeding,excessive feeding,irregular eating,body fat and abdominal viscer al fat level.4.The characteristics of POP disease are mainly distributed in the spleen,kidney and liver.III,IV degree is mainly kidney,I and II are mainly liver,and spleen runs through POP.5.The degree of POP lesions gradually progressed with the feeding preference,fee ding,irregular eating,and changes in abdominal visceral fat levels.The liver,spleen a nd kidneys were closely related to eating habits and abdominal visceral fat levels.The degree and regularity of eating were positively correlated;the kidney was positively correlated with feeding preference,satiety degree,and regular eating;the liver was pos itively correlated with the degree of satiety.
