The Research Of Zhui Tu Xiao Capsules' Clinical Effect In Treating Nerve Root Edema Symptoms Of Dampness And Blood Stasis Type After Lumber Disc Herniation Surgery

Objective:To evaluate the increase effect and discuss the mechanism of action of Zhuituxiao capsules in treating nerve root edema symptoms,we observe the clinical effect of Zhuituxiao capsules combined with methylprednisolone in treating patients of dampness and blood stasis type after minimally invasive transforaminal lumber interbody fusion.It provides a new scheme for the treatment of postoperative nerve root edema symptoms of dampness and blood stasis type.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,60 cases after minimally invasive transforaminal lumber interbody fusion in our hospital were collected.They were Randomly divided into the treatment group(ZhuiTuXiao capsules+ Methylprednisolone + perioperative intervention),the control group(placebo +Methylprednisolone + perioperative intervention).That the VAS scores and improvement rate,JOA scores and improvement rate were observed before and after intervention treatment on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day were taken as the main observation indexes.At the end of the treatment period,the data of each indexs were recorded.SPSS 19.0 software was used to perform statistical analysis on the data.P<0.05 means that the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,lesion intervertebral space,duration of operation,and VAS scores,JOA scores observed before intervention treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The data is comparable.2.The VAS scores,JOA scores and improvement rate between the two groups after treatment on the 3rd day have no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The VAS scores,JOA scores and improvement rate between the two groups after treatment on the 7th and 14 th day were statistically significant(P<0.05).It means that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.4.There was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the treatment group and the control group after treated by methylprednisolone(P < 0.05),and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.5.During the research project,one case in the treatment group developed diarrhea after taking capsules,accounting for 3.23%.The capsules were immediately discontinued and he improved after taking antidiarrheic.One case in the control group with postoperative concurrent incision infection were cured by anti infection and dressing change.They were excluded from the research project.One case in the treatment group and four cases in the control group developed epigastric pain that they turn for the better after taking protonpump inhibitors orally.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.Zhui Tu Xiao capsules have the increase effect and less adverse reaction in treating patients of dampness and blood stasis type with nerve root edema symptoms after operations.2.Zhui Tu Xiao capsules combined with Methylprednisolone have the clinical effect in treating postoperative nerve root edema symptoms and improving the quality of the patients' life.It is well worth clinilal applicating and disseminating.
