The takeout industry has been developing in China for 10 years. From the initial "Eleme takeout ","MeiTuan takeout" and "Baidu takeout",the ordering mode of "takeout" has been accepted by people. This form of online ordering has also been applied to more and more scenarios. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the specific application scenarios in real life.Traditional in-patient ordering procedures are complex.First, patients need to deal with extra meal cards. Then, staff need to ask patients whether they need to order meals and record them every day. Finally, the meals are distributed by the catering staff after the meals are made. The repetitive work in this process will consume a lot of time and energy, resulting in additional operating costs,so the traditional way of ordering meals needs to be improved. The ordering system introduced in this paper includes mobile application system,Web management system and service system. The mobile terminal is aimed at inpatients and their families. They can enjoy personalized ordering service through the system. The user of the Web-terminal management system is the manager of the restaurant. The administrator can set the dishes and manage the user orders and the raw materials needed for the daily orders. The server also provides a very powerful personalized recommendation and data analysis services. This system provides personalized recommendation services to mobile users through a contentbased CF,user-based CF and Label-based recommendation algorithm. Finally,a personalized recommendation-based ordering system for hospital inpatient department is developed, which solves the complex problem of traditional ordering mode in hospital. The functional modules of the system have passed the relevant tests, which shows that the system meets the expected development standards.
