Human electronic health records contain important human health information,which is of far-reaching significance both for human itself and for the study of human health development.Nowadays,human electronic health records are basically stored in hospitals with centralized databases.Patients need to repeatedly establish health records in different medical institutions when enjoying medical services across medical institutions.The process of setting up health records for patients is jumbled.The scattered health records make doctors unable to have a comprehensive grasp of patients' historical health information,which makes it more difficult for doctors to diagnose.Medical institutions have absolute control over the health records stored in the institutions.Patients need to submit an application to the medical institutions to obtain their own health information.However,the control over the health records that should belong to the patients belongs to the medical institutions.Once the leakage of the patient's health records occurs in the medical institutions,the consequences will be unimaginable.Various health records such as physical examination,follow-up and medical records of patients are abundant and scattered.Apart from network tampering,they may also be artificially changed,and the changed records are difficult to trace.With the rapid development of blockchain technology,application cases based on blockchain technology emerge one after another.Blockchain technology is changing all walks of life.Because blockchain has the characteristics of decentralized storage,safety and reliability,privacy protection,non-tampering,traceability and multi-party maintenance of ledger,people begin to explore the deep integration of blockchain and all walks of life.This paper uses blockchain technology to solve the problems of poor security,sharing difficulties,poor privacy protection and difficult tracing of records faced by human electronic health records.The technology used in this paper mainly includes blockchain technology and Java EE technology.The realization of blockchain technology uses hyperledger project,which focuses on consortium blockchain and has many characteristics such as open source,peer-to-peer network communication,complete sharing of distributed ledger,transparency and decentralization.Hyperledger project has many subprojects.The construction of the blockchain network in this paper is mainly realized through Fabric subprojects.This project is used to build the network of blockchain and carry out relevant configuration,create a health records ledger,and use Go language to write chaincodes to interact with the health records ledger.At the same time,the Explorer subproject is introduced,which greatly reduces the complexity of viewing and managing the network information of the blockchain.In Java EE technology,in addition to developing common business modules,the emphasis is to embed fabric-sdk-java subprojects in the back end and call interactive codes therein to realize the interaction between business systems and blockchain networks.This paper makes an attempt for the integration of blockchain technology and common electronic health records system,and designs and implements a cross-institution electronic health records platform based on blockchain.According to the decentralized storage characteristic of the blockchain,medical institutions are enabled to access the blockchain network and jointly maintain the health records ledger by configuring the blockchain network nodes and creating the health records ledger,and patient health records stored in the local nodes of the medical institutions is automatically synchronized to other medical institution nodes of the same blockchain network,so that electronic health records are shared across medical institutions;The use of blockchain network's own authority,security and other mechanisms to protect the health and privacy of patients,coupled with another developed authorization mechanism,to achieve absolute control of patients' own health records;The integrity and authenticity of health records are guaranteed by writing interactive chaincodes to control the access logic of health records ledger,and the complete storage of health records and the traceability of historical records are realized by using the characteristics of blockchain that cannot be tampered with and the common maintenance of ledger.
