It is a valuable research direction to explore the functional connectivity of brain regions in patients with depression based on brainnetome atlas and functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI).In this paper, the atlas of the fine brain sub-regions drawn by the Brainnetome Center is applied. The resting state fMRI technique is an important means to study the spontaneous activity of human brain neurons.Although there are a large number of studies currently studing the connectivity changes in some depression-related brain regions and trying to interpret the neurological basis of depression, the intrinsic relationship between the amygdala brain regions associated with mood regulation and depression is not clear. Therefore, based on the fine map developed by the brainnetome center, this study analyzed the changes in the functional connectivity of depression patients and normal control in the amygdala brain region,so as to gain a deeper understanding of the pathological basis of depression. At the same time, through functional connectivity analysis, the main brain regions of TMS for treating depression were analyzed to reveal the physiological mechanism of TMS for depression, and provided reference for the study of clinical treatment programs.Firstly, based on the brainnetome atlas and resting state fMRI data, four regions of interest of the amygdala(two brain regions)were extracted, and the functional connection strength between the region of interest and the whole brain was calculated. There was a significant difference in brain connectivity between patients with depression and normal subjects. Then, based on the standard spatial cell probability map of Anatomy and the resting state fMRI data,8 regions of interest of the amygdala(4brain regions on the left and right)were extracted. And the functional connectivities between region of interest and each voxels of the whole brain were also calculated.Functional connectivitys showed significant differences between depressed and normal subjects. Finally, the results of the two groups of experiments were compared. It was found that both maps can effectively extract brain region information, but compared with the latter, the brain network group map could extract more brain region abnormity related to memory, cognitive control and emotion regulation. It indicated that the brain region of the brain network group map was more fine and precise, and met the research needs and directions more in line with this paper. Therefore, this paper selects thebrainnetome atlas for the next study.Based on the above experimental results, the physiological mechanism of TMS in the treatment of depression was studied. The functional connections of patients with depression before and after treatment, after treatment and normal control, and before and after treatment were compared respectively. After comparison, screening and verification,it was finally found that TMS treatment of depression mainly affects the pathological changes of functional connectivity, including the enhanced connectivity of the left amygdala with brodmann area 8,the weakend connectivity of the left amygdala with Insula_R.and the left amygdala with Fusiform_L,and the weakend connectivity of the right amygdala with Occipital_Sup_R and the right amygdala with Visual Association Cortex. These can be the TMS treats biomarkers of depression. In summary, this paper collected resting-state fMRI data, extracted amygdala brain regions based on two maps, compared the functional connections between patients with depression and normal control, and analyzed the pathogenesis of depression. Then based on the brainnetome atlas, the physiological basis of TMS treatment of depression was studied, and the biomarkers for the treatment of depression by TMS were discovered.Through this study,on the one hand,a deeper understanding of the role of the map,the advantages of the brain network group map for the pathology study of depression,on the other hand,an in-depth understanding of the pathogenesis of depression and biomarkers of TMS treatment,It provides theoretical support for the in-depth study of actual clinical and depression.
