With the rapid development of internet,science and technology,mobile learning,fragmented intelligent learning and adaptive personalized learning have become the mainstream of online learning methods.It is an important mode for people to adapt to the development of the new era and to change the way of learning by utilizing fragmented time reasonably to carry out effective learning.At present,personalized education and adaptive development of students have obviously become the main educational development trend.The learning method that combines mobile learning with adaptive learning can better realize on-demand learning and its characteristics of high flexibility,great pertinence,mobility,personalization and high absorption.Meanwhile,it resolves the contradiction between "limited individual demand resources" and "unlimited overall resources".This paper takes the content of nurse qualification examination as an example to design an adaptive training system that supports mobile learning based on item response theory.According to the data of the pass rate of the nurse practice examination in a school in the past three years,the pass rate of the intermediate vocational nursing students with the lowest education level is the lowest due to different starting points but the same qualification standard.The purpose of this study is to provide highly targeted review resources and to use adaptive learning methods to prepare for exams by using fragmented learning methods and to combine with the actual situation of learners,so as to improve the review efficiency and to help students with low academic qualifications to improve the pass rate.First of all,the background and significance of the research are illustrated by literature research method,and the research status of adaptive learning at home and abroad is analyzed.Through the definition of the related concepts of personalized learning,adaptive learning and mobile learning,and the in-depth study of project response theory and informal learning theory,the theoretical foundation for the system design is compacted.Secondly,the software development method is used to analyze the requirements of the adaptive training system,to determine the design objectives and functional structure of the system,to define the parameter setting strategy and topic selection strategy,and to design and develop the adaptive training system supporting mobile learning.After user testing,usage data were collected and analyzed,and the results showed that the ability value was positively correlated with learning time and the score,respectively.Strengthening the adaptive training in preparing for the nurse practice qualification examination can significantly improve the learning effect.It can be used as an auxiliary tool to improve the pass rate of the practice qualification examination for nursing candidates with low academic qualifications.Finally,this paper summarizes and explains the existing deficiencies and the possible research direction in the future,and provides some reference for future researchers.
