This dissertation is divided into three parts.In the first part,summarizes the research progress of NHPI as an inexpensive,low-toxicity,easy-to-prepare organic small molecule catalyst in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical chemistry,and details the application ideas of NHPI in previous work.In the second part,we have developed a new method for the synthesis of N-hydroxyimide imides using inexpensive NHPI and toluene as starting materials,Fe(NO33·9H2O as catalyst and oxygen as the oxidant.Benzamide drugs were prepared using N-hydroxyimide as intermediate simultaneously.This method has the advantages of easy availability of raw materials,low synthesis cost and mild reaction conditions and the use of green O2 as an oxidant.In the third part,based on the work in the second chapter,A new method for the synthesis ofβ-ketone-N-alkoxyphthalimide was designed using NHPI and phenylacetone as raw materials,using Fe(NO33·9H2O as the catalyst and air as oxidant via CDC reaction.1,2-dione compounds were synthesized usingβ-keto-N-alkoxyphthalimide as intermediate.The method has the advantages of simple operation,convenient post-processing,no need to add extra oxidant.
