| With the continuous development of nonlinear analysis,the analysis of Lorenz scatter gram has become a new direction for the ECG signal career.The research is conducted on two aspects of automatic analysis of Lorenz scatter diagram,including clustering module and Lorenz attractor analysis module.In order to achieve the automatic classification of electrocardiogram scatter plots,clustering algorithm is studied in this paper.The traditional clustering algorithm(K-means)and DBSCAN algorithm are compared with the new Density-clustering algorithm.Density-clustering algorithm is superior to other algorithms in terms of operating speed and performance.Therefore,Density-clustering is used to analyze the ECG data.MIT-BIH database is used to test,and the test results are successfully applied to the diagnosis of ECG scatter plots,which provided the data basis for the detection of edge points in the later period.In order to carry out automatic discrimination,one of the essential part is to construct the edge point set of electrocardiogram scatter plot.The Window-searching algorithm is the method to study on the edge point set of electrocardiogram scatter plot.The Window-searching algorithm is applied to the analysis of ECG data.After optimizations and adjustments,Window-searching algorithm effectively surveyed the edge points and perform edge line,completing the quantification of ECG scatter grams.Lorenz model is used to analyze ECG chaotic attractors,which provides a theoretical basis.The Window-searching algorithm test the ECG dataset in the MIT-BIH database and obtain the B line slope of the corresponding data,which provides a quantitative data basis for automatic discrimination.Density-clustering and Window-searching analysis designed in this paper are all tested by data,and had achieved the goal of automatic analysis of electrocardiogram scatter gram.The number of clusters and the slope of the edge line are analyzed as the sinus rhythm,sinus rhythm tachycardia,supraventricular premature beat,ventricular premature beat,atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation.The research and development of automatic analysis and diagnosis system of ECG signals has very important practical significance.The ECG scatter plot automatic analysis system designed in this paper simplifies the process of manual identification,which have a wide range of practical value. |
