Objective:to collect and summarize the clinical data of patients with benign intradural lesions in extramedullary spinal canal, and to analyze the prognostic factors of intradural extradural spinal canal benign space occupying lesions. In order to provide valuable reference to the clinic. Methods:a total of 90 patients diagnosed as intramedullary subdural spinal space occupying lesions and underwent surgical treatment in January20102017 January, including 50 males and 40 females, were enrolled. The average age of 12 years old is82 years, with an average of 48.8+15.9years.The McCormick spinal grading method was used to evaluate the spinal functional status of the patients before and after 6 months of follow-up to evaluate the prognosis of the patients. The main influencing factors of prognosis were gender, age, preoperative spinal cord function and pathological type.Multivariate analysis was performed by Logistic regression. And the common diseases were tested by x2,and the difference of the prognosis of different factors was compared. Results:the most important factor affecting the prognosis of intradural extradural spinal canal benign space occupying lesions is preoperative spinal cord function?OR=0.095,95%CI=0.010.891,P=0.039?.There was no statistical significance in sex,age and pathological type. Conclusion:intradural extramedullary spinal lesions in postoperative pathological schwannomas or meningioma and other benign lesions, preoperative spinal cord function are the main factors affecting the prognosis, early detection and through surgery,in order to improve the quality of life of patients more, recovery of good prognosis.
