Implantable prosthesis implants through the implant stump and residual limb connected,with light,no foreign body sensation and impact resistance and so on.Although this technology is still immature and in the research stage,it is still of great significance to study the connection between implants and limbs and the method of joint control.In this study,based on the measurement of the supporting force of the human foot on the foot during walking,the connection design of the implant prosthesis and the structural design of the knee joint and the ankle joint were studied.Based on the measurement of the change of the supporting force of the ground to the plantar in human walking state,The paper is divided into two major parts about implantable prostheses.The first one use the results of the foot support force test in walking state to design the implant parts tooth shape.The second one is to design a new joint structure suitable for implantable prostheses.By optimizing the structural design,it provides reference for the future research of intelligent implant prostheses.Concluded as follow:Walking state,the maximum value of the force that the ground support on the human foot plant about 1.28 times the weight.And the support force in the single foot support period shows the trend:rise?decline?rise again?then decline?tends to zero;The thread profile of implant prosthesis implants has great influence on the stress distribution of the implant and the residual limb.When the thread of the implant body is a trapezoidal thread with a root thickness of 4 mm and a tooth tip height of 2.4 mm,the thread number is 5 and the pitch is 8 mm,the stress distribution on the implant body and the residual limb bone is the most uniform and the stress The smallest concentration.The designed prosthetic knee hydraulic structure can meet the patients' basic requirements of standing,walking,riding,going up and down.Through the theoretical calculations,the un-powered ankle hydraulics designed can convert the energy of the human body flexing the ankle in walking into the motivation to propel the human body.
