Objective: To study the related factors of urosepsis after percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and to analyze the risk factors. Methods: From January 2016 to June 2018,79 patients with urinary calculi treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PNL)were enrolled as observation data.Patients who were selected for urinary sepsis symptoms after surgery were enrolled.Divided into non-urinary sepsis group and urinary sepsis group, compare the clinical data of the two groups of patients, identify the relevant factors of postoperative urinary sepsis, and replace the relevant factors into Logistic analysis to determine the postoperative urine Risk factors for sepsis. Results: Age,gender, diabetes, combined upper ureteral calculi, intraoperative perfusion?18L,?120min during operation, whether preoperative antibiotics were used as factors and risk factors for urinary sepsis after urinary calculi PNL,P< 0.05;Logistic multivariate analysis, age, gender, diabetes, combined ureteral calculi,?120min during operation were independent risk factors for urinary sepsis after PNL,OR>1,P<0.05.Conclusion: According to the above independent risk factors, comprehensive treatment such as controlling blood sugar level, controlling operation time, and refining the surgical plan can help reduce the risk of postoperative urinary sepsis.Rational use of antibiotics can also effectively prevent or reduce the risk of postoperative urinary sepsis in patients.
