Objective: to explore the superiority of laparoscopic tumor aspiration technique with zero-ischemia and non-suture in the treatment of renal angiomyolipoma. Methods: patients with renal hamartoma treated by laparoscopic surgery in the department of urology of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China medical university in2015 were retrospectively collected.A total of 21 patients met the inclusion criteria, among which 14 cases were treated with traditional laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and 7 cases were treated with laparoscopic tumor aspiration.SPSS19.0 statistical method was used to analyze corresponding clinical data such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion or not. Results:the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative absolute bed rest time and postoperative discharge time of patients treated with laparoscopic renal zero ischemia free suture tumor aspiration technique were all less than those in the laparoscopic partial nephrectomy group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:laparoscopic renal ischemia zero zero suture tumor gettering technology for the treatment of renal angiomyolipomas significantly, the tumor was not increased the risk of local recurrence, and has little damage to the kidney, less bleeding, shorter operation time and operation vice injury and less intraoperative complications, patients with advantages of little injury and pain, rapid recovery, and high security, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
