Objective:To investigate the influence of hematocrit on the vulnerable phase among patients with HFpEF and HFmrEF.Methods: A total of 160 patients in our hospital from May 1,2017 to May 31,2018 were admitted for HFpEF and HfmrEF(EF?40%,New York Heart Association II-IV).180 patients were selected without heart failure on control.Unite Cox regressions were established to analyze influence of HCT among such patients related to prognosis. Results: The follow-up time was 3 months, compared with High HCT group, the rates of finish events in Low MPV group were higher(P<0.05),especially going hospital for the development of HF symptoms. The Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed Low HCT group had the higher incidences of major adverse cardiac events. Conclusion: Low HCT is a risk factor for patients with HFpEF and HFmrEF on the vulnerable phase. |
