Background:Delayed graft function(DGF)is one of the common complications after renal transplantation, which often increases the risk of graft failure or graft inactivation after renal transplantation. This study aims to fully explore the recovery of transplanted kidney function.Delayed graft funtion(DGF)risk factors, timely prevention and positive response are the key to successful kidney transplant surgery.According to the characteristics of donors and recipients in the organ transplant center of our hospital, the risk factors of delayed graft function(DGF)after organ donation in the organ transplant center of our hospital were investigated.METHODS: A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 92 patients undergoing allogeneic kidney transplantation from the organ transplant center of the First Hospital of China Medical University from November 2010 to March 2018,2 patients were enrolled.During the operation period, the patients died of cerebral infarction and multiple organ failure, and were not enrolled.Among them,23 cases had delayed graft function(DGF),and 67 cases recovered smoothly after transplantation. The collected variables were from donors and recipients.Receptor variables include receptor gender, age, primary disease, preoperative hypertensive history, blood type compliance, number of transplants,BMI,dialysis, dialysis time, preoperative diabetes history, perfusion with lifeport, and open Arterial systolic blood pressure ?150mm Hg;donor variables include donor age,gender,BMI,end-stage creatinine level, warm ischemia time, cold ischemia time, cardiopulmonary resuscitation before organ acquisition, preoperative hypertension history and surgery Before the history of diabetes, these factors were analyzed by logistical model for single factor analysis, and single factors with p-value less than 0.2were screened out.Multivariate logistic regression models were included for multivariate analysis.RESULTS: Univariate analysis of risk factors included “receipt with preoperative hypertension(p=0.158)”,“recipient BMI(p=0.003)”,“recipient preoperative dialysis time(p=0.093)”,“Multivariate analysis was performed using lifeport perfusion(p=0.186),“end donor creatinine level” and “warm ischemia time”.The influencing factors of DGF were “recipient BMI(p=0.005)” and “adoption”.Lifeport perfusion(p=0.048)”,“pre-operative dialysis time(p=0.024)” and “donor age(p=0.043)”,statistically significant.(p<0.05)Conclusion: The analysis found that the risk factors for delayed graft function recovery(DGF)affecting the source of organ donation after the death of citizens are BMI,preoperative dialysis time and donor age,and lifeport perfusion can reduce the death of citizens. The incidence of delayed graft function(DGF)from organ donation sources.
