Object: To compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance hydrography, magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),MR hydrography combined by MRI and ultrasound in the diagnosis of pathological nipple discharge. To make sure the value of the MR hydrography in pathological nipple discharge, especially which clinical palpation is negative.Materials and Methods: For patients with pathological nipple discharge from June 2015 to June 2016,MR hydrography,MRI and ultrasound were performed. As the gold standard by pathology,we compare the diagnostic value of MR hydrography,MRI,MR hydrography combined by MRI and ultrasound in the diagnosis of pathological nipple discharge. We analyze the relationship of the ducts and lesions. Results: Totally 47 patients(48 lesions)were evaluated.28 cases were malignant and 20 cases were benign.By using the rank and inspection analysis,MR hydrography,MRI,MR hydrography combined by MRI and ultrasound were compared in the diagnosis of pathological nipple discharge(P=0.069?0.001?0.000?0.001).We analyze the TIC of the 45 enhanced lesions.Time-signal curves of benign lesions were usually rising type, its distribution in malignant and benign lesions was of the significant difference(P=0.004).We analyze the relationship of the ducts and lesions, divided into four kinds(ducts has nothing to do with the lesion?tube filling defect?lesions not bump strengthening peripheral expansion ducts and lesions bump strengthening peripheral expansion ducts),P=0.002.Conclusion: MR hydrography combined by MRI is worth for pathological nipple discharge diseases, especially which Clinical palpation is negative.Through the analysis of the relationship of ducts and pathological changes,it helps to distinguish between benign and malignant lesions.
