| Objective: In order to visually and concisely reflect the composition,dosage,processing and other information of the traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the co-induction relationship between the prescription and the prescription,the paper collects and processes a certain amount of prescription data,which can be obtained intuitively by Chinese medicine practitioners.The composition information,direct or indirect related information between prescriptions and prescriptions of Chinese medicines in order to deeply understand the hidden knowledge in prescription information,the masses can easily obtain relevant prescription information according to their own situation..Significance: This paper is conducive to promoting the promotion and research of Chinese medicine knowledge,promoting Chinese medicine culture,allowing more people to learn Chinese medicine and understanding Chinese medicine.It is a Chinese medicine that is closer to the masses,serves the health of human beings,and excavates knowledge of Chinese medicine prescriptions.Provides the accumulation of basic knowledge.Methods: Using the reptile framework and manual entry to obtain classic prescriptions(mainly from "Treatise on Febrile Diseases","Yellow Emperor's Canon","Huimin Prescription","Puji Fang",etc.);application of word segmentation tools and manual finishing of the network The obtained prescription information is divided according to the name,function,source,composition of Chinese medicine,dosage,dosage unit,processing method,bogey,indications and other attributes,and is saved in the relational database;using the protégé ontology construction tool to construct the concept of the agent ontology,and using the D2 RQ tool to convert the relational data into RDF data representing the knowledge map according to the ontology conceptual model;using the Noe4 j graph database to store the RDF in the form of nodes and management Data;Finally,the application of the prescription knowledge retrieval is provided to the user using the d3.js visualization framework.RESULTS: A total of 7710 kinds of prescriptions and 8907 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained through research.The concept of shareable agent ontology was constructed.The composition of the prescription,the visualization of the construction of knowledge map were realized,and the knowledge retrieval application of prescription was realized.Conclusion: According to the composition of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and other related information,the relationship between the prescription itself,the composition of traditional Chinese medicine,the prescription and the prescription,the prescription and the medicine are displayed in an intuitive and simple way,which makes it more convenient for more people.Understanding the prescriptions and using prescriptions has better played an important role in the health of Chinese medicine. |
