Objective: To investigate the value of Her2,P53 and TEM1 in the predicting the effiency of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer. Methods: Select patients with gastric cancer who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy from June 2015 to June 2017 at the First Hospital of Lanzhou University. To detect the expression of Her2,P53 and TEM1 in gastroscopic biopsy tissue before neoadjuvant chemotherapy in gastric cancer patients by immunohistochemistry. The maximal diameter of the tumor was evaluated before and after 2-3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the upper abdominal enhanced CT,and the changes of CT values in the arterial, venous and portal phases of the lesion were measured. To analyze the relationship between tumor markers and clinical pathology and neoadjuvant efficacy, and to analyze the relationship between CT value changes and neoadjuvant efficacy. Results: In this study, the objective response rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer was 24.7%(19/77 cases),and the disease control rate was 76.6%(59/77 cases). The positive rate of Her2 in gastric cancer patients was 29.9%(23/77 cases),and it was related to the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer patients; The positive rate of P53 in gastric cancer patients was 40.3%(31/77 cases),and it was related to N stage of gastric cancer patients; The positive rate of TEM1 in gastric cancer was 49.4%(38/77 cases). The expression of TEM1 was associated with larger lesions,T stage and N stage of gastric cancer patients, and it was a predictive index of neoadjuvant efficacy.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy was effective in the reduction of CT values in the arterial and venous tumors before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusion: This study found that the expression of Her2 in gastric cancer tissues is associated with poor differentiation. The expression of P53 is associated with lymph node metastasis, but neither of them can be used as a predictor of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The positive expression of TEM1 in gastric cancer tissues and lesion size,T stage,N-stage correlation can be used as a predictor of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The changes of CT values of the lesions in the abdominal enhancement CT before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the arterial phase and venous phase can predict the neoadjuvant efficacy of gastric cancer.
