?Objective? To investigate the value on clinical application and analysis on the clinical efficacy of 3D Printing technique in posterior wall fractures of the acetabulum.?Methods? From December 2016 to March 2019,37 cases of posterior wall fractures of the acetabulum treated by internal fixation were analyzed retrospectively.A total of patents were assigned to one of two groups randomly : the traditional surgery group(serving as the control group)and the reduction and internal fixation guided by 3D printing technology in posterior wall fractures of the acetabulum(serving as the experimental group).Everyone is between 18 and 70 years old.21 patients in the control group included 7 females and 14 males,as well as 12 left hip fractures and 9 right hip fractures(mean 42.86 ±11.80 years).16 patients in the experimental group included 6 females and 10 males,as well as 10 left hip fractures and 6 right hip fractures(mean 43.06 ±10.54 years). The number of X-ray exposure, operative time, the volume of blood loss and postoperative excellent and good rates of Harris Hip Score function evaluation were observed.37 patients after operation were followed up for 3-12 months regularly.According to the Harris hip Score the recovery of all patients were evaluated.?Results? Every patient was evaluated and followed up.The mean times of transmission of C-arm were 7.00±1.79,the mean operative time was 157±21.94 min,and the mean volume of blood loss was 434.76±80.12 ml In the control group. The mean times of transmission of C-arm were 5.00±1.90,the mean operative time was 128.88±24.56 min,and the mean volume of blood loss was 374.69±92.42 ml In the experimental group. The times of transmission of C-arm,operative time and the volume of blood loss after operation in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(p<0.05).Everyone after operation was followed up regularly.Excellent and good rates of Harris Hip Score function evaluation were 66.67% and 93.75% in the control group and the experimental group respectively, but there was no statistical significance(p>0.05).?Conclusion? The open reduction and internal fixation guided by 3D printing technology in posterior wall fractures of the acetabulum can significantly reduce the number of transmission of C-arm during operation, the operation time and the volume of intraoperative blood loss. The excellent and good rates of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group, but there was no significant difference in the long-term effect of open reduction and internal fixation guided by 3D printing technology in posterior wall fractures of the acetabulum and the traditional surgery on account of a small number of patients and short-term following up.
