| The Tibetan medicine "Xiazha disease" is a disease in which localized or generalized leukoplakia is the main clinical symptom.There is no obvious discomfort in this disease,but due to the differences in the appearance of patients,most of the "Sahaza disease" patients have a lot of influences on life and work.From July 2017 to February 2019,I conducted a follow-up survey of 25 "Sharjah" patients and 22 Tibetan doctors who have experience in treating the disease through a 17-month period."Sharjah disease" has a significant negative impact on the patient's psychology.A large number of patients have different levels of social fear and lack of mental illness such as learning and living,and more suicidal patients.Based on the above factors,as a medical worker,the cause,clinical diagnosis and prevention of "Sharjah disease" need to be studied in many aspects;I have compiled and summarized 60 ancient Tibetan literature documents such as "four medical records" and found theoretical records.The causes of "Sharjah disease" include "bad blood" and "Qusei","sen","disease","sickness","barbarism",etc.;According to a survey of 30 physicians in Tibetan hospitals in Tibet,Beijing,and Qinghai provinces,the cause of the disease was as follows: “Qusei” accounted for 45% of the etiology.“Sen” accounted for 26%.Blood and disease are 19% and 8%,respectively.The combination of theoretical and clinical investigations leads to the conclusion that the main cause of "Sharjah disease" is "Sen","Quise" and "Bad blood".Comprehensive modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine can study the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of Tibetan medicine "Xiazha disease" as the following three points: 1.Internal and external causes cause the body to "long" and "blood" The circulation is not smooth;2.The "bad blood" surge makes the body microscopically impassable;3 the skin melanocyte function is impaired and the skin pigmentation is lost.The three causes(long,Chiba,and bacon)are the theories of Tibetan medicine.They are the common cause of all diseases.According to this,"Sharjah disease" can be divided into "long-type summer disease" and "chiba-type disease".There are three kinds of bacon type Sharjah disease.There are differences in symptoms between different causes.The symptoms of "long" type are as follows: white shift is dark and slightly rough;"chiba" type manifests as: white shift is red and painful,and accompanied by hair loss "Bacon" type pigmentation The loss is relatively serious,itching and the skin becomes thicker at the leukoplakia.By comparing the differences in etiology and clinical manifestations between "Spotted Poria" and "Anemia" in Western medicine and Tibetan medicine "Xiaza disease",it is found that the above two diseases can also be attributed to Tibetan medicine "Suza disease".By consulting a large number of ancient Tibetan literature documents with the treatment of "Sharjah disease",it was found that "the disease has the highest incidence of "Xiaza disease" treatment in the ancient books of Wuwei Zhusha.According to the clinical efficacy of the drug,206 "Suza" The patient underwent a one-month drug clinical trial: the results showed that 0% of patients with recovery,65% of effective patients,15% of patients with effective but not obvious,and 20% of patients with ineffectiveness.Yumeng syrup has a remarkable effect on "Sharjah disease". |
