Objective To investigate the recovery of neurological function, safety and efficacy of patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by intracranial arterial occlusion treated with artery thrombectomy. Methods The clinical date of patients with acute cerebral infarction caused by intracranial large vessel occlusion treated with intravascular interventional therapy from June 2016 to September 2018 in Department of Neurology,Ningxia Medical Hospital, were retrospectively analyzed, including preoperative CT/CTA imaging examination, preoperative and postoperative 90 days NIHSS scores, and postoperative 90 days mRS scores, basic disease such as atrial fibrillation and hypertension, smoking, drinkding and other related risk factors. Results 1)The preoperative NIHSS score was 13.14 ± 3.74,and the postoperation NIHSS score after 90 days was 3.79±3.48.The postoperation NIHSS score was significantly lower than preoperation, there were significant differences(P < 0.05);2)CTA collateral branches score ?2,75.00% patients have functional independence,CTA collateral branches score <2,18.18% patients have functional independence, there were significant differences(P < 0.05)in two groups;ASPECTS score < 8,21.43% patients have functional independence,ASPECTS score?8,50.00% patients have functional independence, there were no significant differences(P>0.05);3)multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to deal with the relationship between smoking, diabetes, serum cholesterol, triglyceride, onset time and prognosis. The results show that smoking was related to theprognosis of intravascular treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravascular therapy can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.Patients with good collateral branches can obtain better clinical outcomest, emergency CTA evaluation of collateral circulation has guiding significance for prognosis of patients.
