Objective: To evaluate the effect of anti tuberculosis medicine carrying sustained-release coating HRZ autologous bone repair of rabbit spinal tuberculosis lesions.Methods: 60 New Zealand rabbits model of spinal tuberculosis were randomly divided into 3 groups,20 rats in each group: A group(experimental group),debridement and autogenous iliac bone implantation carrying sustained-release antituberculosis drugs HRZ coating;B group(control group),debridement and autogenous iliac bone implantation on blank coating;C group(control group),debridement after implanted with autologous iliac bone.The general condition of the rabbits was observed after operation.The imaging,pathology and blood inflammatory indexes were used to evaluate the effect of repairing the spinal tuberculosis:(1)1D,14 d,28d,56 d,112d were examined by X-ray,CT and MRI to evaluate the bone fusion;(2)After 14 d,28d,56 d and 112 d,5 rabbits in each group were randomly selected and sacrificed immediately after the imaging examination;(3)The 1D,56 d,1D,3D,14 d,7d,28 d,56d,84 d,112d venous blood before and after the model were collected,and the anti tuberculosis ability was evaluated by ESR and CRP.Results: In group B,1 rabbits were infected with incision,C group of rabbits died in the experimental group and the rabbits in group C,and the other rabbits in the group were in good condition.(1)Study of image: with the passage of time,the interface of A bone materials gradually fused to 112 d after operation,the bone callus bone graft showed dense formation,no obvious radiolucent area,bone material interface connectivity through the bone bridge closely,postoperative 112 d,A group in all rabbits of spinal tuberculosis focal bone fusion and no recurrence of tuberculosis cases;group A bone fusion is better than that of B group and C group(P < 0.05).(2)There were three groups: pathological bone material underwent inflammation period,fibrous callus formation,callus formation and bony callus formation in four stages,the A group at each observation time point showed no abscess,dead bone,dead matter cavity and caseous necrosis formation,A group of spinal tuberculosis of bone material interface healing process is better than that of B group and C group(P < 0.05).(3)The blood inflammatory index: A group ESR to 84 d after operation,112 d reduced to normal level(P < 0.05),CRP to 84 d,after 56 d,112d decreased to normal level(P < 0.05),B,C two in the ESR group and the level of CRP in the corresponding time point is higher than the normal when the level(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The ilium carrying sustained-release anti tuberculosis medicine HRZ coating has a good supporting local bone in rabbit spinal tuberculosis bone defect by bone material interface bone fusion to restore spinal biomechanical stability.(2)The ilium carrying sustained-release anti tuberculosis medicine HRZ coating with bone induction,bone conduction,bone formation,bone cells can form new bone material through the gap,and ultimately bone material interface bone healing;(3)The ilium carrying sustained-release antituberculosis drugs HRZ coated with anti TB properties by killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis lesions to inhibit inflammation and bone tuberculosis,indirectly promote the healing of lesions.
