Clinical Observation On 20 Cases Of Acute Leukemia Treated By Micro Transplantation

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of micro-transplantation in the treatment of acute leukemia.Methods:Methods a retrospective analysis was made on 20 patients with acute leukemia who were treated with micro transplantation for the first time from 2014 to 06 in Gansu Provincial Hospital from January to December in 2015,including 12 patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML)and 8 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL);11 males and 9 females,median age 49(12-63)years old.Patients were diagnosed after the classic induction of remission chemotherapy and complete remission,including CR1 18 cases,CR2 2cases.After the end of intensive consolidation and treatment stage combined with 2-3micro-transplantation after the efficacy evaluation,to give the law to consolidate the maintenance treatment.Follow-up patient survival and recurrence.Results:All the 20 patients had fever after the transfusion of donor cells,body temperature up to 39?,given ibuprofen suspension after oral temperature control in the37-38?or so,no convulsions and other symptoms.Platelet severe reduction in 6 cases(30%),Severe anemia in 7 cases(35%),pulmonary infection in 2 cases(10%),oral ulcer in 1case(5%),abnormal liver function in 1 case(5%),nausea,vomiting in 5 cases(20%),all bad The reactions were improved after symptomatic treatment.20 patients received hematopoietic reconstitution,the median time of platelet count>50×10~9/L was 13 days(8d-22d),and the median time of neutrophil>0.5×10~9/L was 9.0 days(7d-18d).17 patients received sustained remission,CR rate was 85.0%,3 patients died,the mortality rate was 15%.In this study,20 patients were followed up for 18 months without loss.20 patients with 18 months of OS were 85%,DFS was 65%.Conclusion:Micro-transplantation combined with chemotherapy is a new method of treating acute leukemia with better efficacy and higher safety.
