ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy. The clinical analysis of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy by contrast analysis with simple percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy application value after surgery.MethodThis study adopted a randomized controlled study and collected 50 patients with a diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation who were treated in the Department of Spinal Surgery of Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2018 to September 2018.In this study,50 patients with diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture assisted percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy;the control group was treated with simple percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy. This study separately recorded the VAS score, lower back pain JOA score,ODI index of each case in each group before treatment,24 hours after treatment,1 week after treatment, and 3 months after surgery, and record the relevant results for data collation and statistical processing. The purpose was to evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture assisted percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Result(1)A total of 50 cases were included in the trial,of which 48 cases were completed in clinical trials.Among them,0 cases were detached from the experimental group and 2 cases were detached from the control group. The follow-up time was 3 months. The basic data of the two groups were recorded before operation, including age, gender, affected segment and VAS score,ODI score,JOA score, etc.,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)VAS score,ODI score and JOA score recorded at each postoperative follow-up time point(24 hours after surgery,1 week after surgery and 3 months after surgery)were compared with those before surgery in the two groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)In each follow-up period,VAS score,ODI score and JOA score were compared between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).However,3 months after the operation, there was no significant difference between the two Groups in Macnab efficacy evaluation criteria(P>0.05).ConclusionThe application of acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy can relieve the pain of patients more quickly, improve the symptoms of patients, and obtain better clinical curative effect. It is safe and reliable in clinical advancement. It is safe and reliable in clinical advancement and is a useful supplement for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
