Objective:Observation the clinical effect that 0steoporotic vertebral compression fractures nonunion cured by Manual reduction combined with Percutaneous Vertebroplasty(PVP)and percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP),and assessment the application value of manual reduction in the treatment of OVCF-NU,to provide the guidance of the scientific and objective basis for future clinical application. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,50 cases of OVCF-NU patients admitted to the Spine Surgery Department of my hospital were selected from June 2017 to October 2018.According to the order of treatment, the patients were randomly divided into the manual reduction combined with PVP group(experimental group)and the PKP group(control group)using the random number table method.Recording in two groups with Visuala nalogues cale(VAS)score, vertebral height,Cobb angle, bone cement leakage, operation time, treatment costs, hospitalization time, etc. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software. Results:All the 50 patients completed the whole research process and were followed up for 3-6 months, with an average follow-up time of 4.32±1.33 months. There was no significant difference between the two groups in general clinical data such as gender, age, hospitalization time and bone cement injection volume(P>0.05).The operation time of the experimental group was 8.04±5.44 min shorter than that of the control group.Postoperative VAS score of patients in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before surgery(P<0.05),but the two groups without significant difference in statistics(P>0.05).The postoperative vertebral height and Cobb angle in both groups were significantly improved compared with that before surgery(P<0.05),and no significant loss was observed during the postoperative follow-up(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in each time period(P>0.05).There were 13 patients with bone cement leakage in the two groups, and none of them showed symptoms of nerve injury. There was no significant difference in bone cement leakage rate between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The treatment cost of the experimental group was reduced by 9742.78±716.68 yuan compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment cost of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion:Combined with traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, manual reduction combined with PVP is equivalent to PKP in alleviating pain, recovering injured vertebra height and improving local kyphosis Cobb Angle, but significantly superior to PKP in reducing operation time and treatment cost, and does not increase the rate of bone cement leakage.
