Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Direct Qi Downward And Enrich The Spleen Acupuncture Recipe For Treating Middle Qi Deficiency And The Qi Counterflow Of Type Of Non-erosive Reflux Disease

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the acupuncture recipe of direct qi downward and enrich the spleen on middle qi deficiency and the qi counterflow pattern of non-erosive reflux disease.Methods: A total of 84 NERD patients who met the inclusion criteria and visited the department of gastroenterology and the department of acupuncture and moxibustion in xiamen hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January,2018 to December,2018 were included.According to the principle of random control,they were divided into treatment group and control group with 42 patients in each group.Shedding cases were excluded,and 38 cases in the final treatment group and 40 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture on the principle of decreasing the reverse and reinforcing the spleen,and the points were selected as zusanli shuang,neiting shuang,gongsun shuang,sanyinjiao shuang and zhongwan for 3 times per week(Monday,Wednesday,Friday).The control group was treated with the current first-line drug of NERD,rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets.The treatment course of both groups was 8 weeks.The two groups were evaluated by RDQ scale before treatment,after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively.SPSS 20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results: 1.Comprehensive analysis: the efficacy of the treatment group USES the reduced inverse tonifying spleen policy treatment,12 cases were markedly effective,effective 21 cases,5 no effect,the clinical total effective rate was 86.84%,The total effective rate in the control group was 72.50%,and the total effective rate in the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Analysis of total score of symptoms: the total score of RDQ scale in both groups decreased after treatment,but the total score in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.05).3.The symptoms score analysis: the treatment group and control group before and after the treatment,each points were significantly lower,there is statistical significance(P < 0.05),which to improve the symptoms of heartburn,acid reflux,the food on the integral has no statistical significance between two groups(P > 0.05),but to improve the symptoms of chest pain score,the treatment group is better than that of control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.Analysis of long-term efficacy: follow-up 1 month after the end of the course of treatment,38 cases were followed up in the treatment group,with a total of 5 cases of recurrence.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 13.16%,and the follow-up of the control group was 40 cases,with a total of 16 cases of recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 40%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the treatment for middle qi deficiency and the qi counterflow of type of NERD by the acupuncture recipe of direct qi downward and enrich the spleen can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,reduce the recurrence rate,and thus improve the quality of life of the patients,which is worthy of affirmation and further study.
