With the continuous progress of Internet technology and medical level,the research of digital virtual human organs has gradually become an important branch in the field of scientific research,which has important significance for the development of medicine,anatomy and other fields.The successful research of this branch improves the accuracy of clinical medicine in the process of disease diagnosis and the timeliness of disease treatment.And it promotes the development of medical field,provides a real reference basis for clinical medical treatment and teaching.This reference provided is used in simulated medical experiments,medical operations,simulated teaching,and accelerates the pace of development of medical surgery,interventional diagnosis and treatment.The Visual Human Project(VHP),created by the National Library of Medicine(NLM),is of great significance as its first stage of research.The implementation of Visual Human Project has a broad application prospect in medical research and clinical education,such as surgical training,prosthesis modeling and digital teaching of human morphology.These applications are based on accurate 3D models of VHP organs.Therefore,how to accurately extract organs from massive VHP 3D image data has become a hot topic.Starting from this hot topic,this paper systematically studies and analyses organ extraction from VHP 3D image volume data.In this system,the VHP data are preprocessed,read and displayed firstly.Then the volume rendered 3D VHP image marked is to mark the foreground and background of the image.And finally the closed solution strategy is used to segment the marked 3D volume data to obtain the organs to be extracted.This system can realize the segmentation of organs in different parts of the human body and lay a good foundation for the research of visual work.
