Health has both constructive and instrumental functions,so whether it is the state, the society,or the family and the individual must value its value.Socioeconomic status is considered to be an important factor in the health differences between people in addition to environmental, lifestyle, health and genetic factors.Based on this, this paper mainly studies the following questions: First, how the health status of Chinese residents;Second, whether social economic status has a significant impact on the health of residents, how different indicators of social economic status affect health;and third, how to narrow the gap between residents in terms of socioeconomic status The difference in health is to cut off the link between socioeconomic status and the health of residents. The following is the research ideas of this article.Firstly, through the relevant literature review at home and abroad, the frontiers and issues of previous research are clarified, and the research objectives, ideas and methods of this paper are determined.Secondly, the core concepts of the research are defined, and the social causality and the intermediary mechanism affecting health are used to determine the socioeconomic status. The theoretical analysis of the health impact mechanism is based on this, and the research hypothesis of this paper is proposed accordingly. On the empirical side, the study uses CFPS 2014 data to screen effective samples, conduct descriptive statistical analysis and interactive analysis of the basic conditions of residents' health and socioeconomic status, and explore the basic situation of residents' health and socioeconomic status;then use the health demand theory to construct models. The ordered logit and multi-category logit models were used to analyze the impact of socioeconomic status on residents' self-assessment health and physical health, and the mediation of socioeconomic status on health impact was verified. Finally, the method of group regression was used to compare the urban-rural and gender differences of socioeconomic status on residents' health impact. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: First, the health status of residents in China is generally good, but there are significant differences among different groups.Among them, the health differences among rural residents are more obvious.Obesity and overweight become the main problems of residents' physical health.Second,Socioeconomic status has a significant impact on the health of residents.Among them, the improvement of education level and personal income can significantly improve the health status of residents;the higher the availability of medical resources, the better the self-assessment of health, but the availability has no significant effect on physical health;the medical resources are economically accessible.Sexuality increases the incidence of overweight and obesity among residents, but has no significant effect on the self-evaluation of residents;organizational membership will significantly improve the physical health of residents, and the incidence of overweight and obesity among residents with organized membership is higher, but for residents Self-assessment of health has no significant effect.Third, there are differences between urban and rural areas and gender between different socioeconomic status factors.
