?Objective? This study is aimed at reducing the incidence of intradialytic hypotension and improving quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis patients.and then promoting the study of exercise therapy in hemodialysis patients.?Method? This study adopted the method of quasi-experiment.In this study,70 subjects of MHD from a hemopurification center of a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Haikou City were randomly selected and sighed the inform consent forms. From June to August2017,both groups took conventional hemodialysis care for 3 months.Collect baseline data of patients, intradialytic hypotension datas and completed a quality of life assessment. From September to November of 2017,the intervention group took intradialytic intermittent exercise intervention for 3 months. The intervention method was: doing exercise after1 hour of dialysis, divided into warm-up,intermittent exercise and end relaxation; The control group continued to take regular hemodialysis care for 3 months.During dialysis, the patient's blood pressure and hypotension were collected. After the intervention, data on the quality of life of the two groups of patients were collected. Finally, the incidence of intradialytic hypotension, hypotensive symptoms and the quality of life of patients with MHD were evaluated.?Result? After 3 months of intradialytic intermittent exercise interventions,4 subjectscould not complet the study.62 subjects completed the study. The results showed that the incidence of IDH in the intervention group was significantly decreased,The incidence of IDH in the intervention period was lower than the baseline period in the intervention group(P<0.05).The incidence of IDH in the intervention group and the control group during the intervention period was statistically significant(P<0.05),There was statistical difference in the incidence of IDH symptoms between the intervention group and the control group(p<0.05),except muscle spasm and yawn(p>0.05).There were statistical differences(p<0.05)that the intervention group experienced improvement in quality of life after 3 months of exercise intervention, except for 4 areas(effects of kidney disease, job status, sexual function, physical functioning). After exercise intervention, there was no statistical difference between the intervention group and the control group(p>0.05).?Conclusion?Intermittent exercise in dialysis can significantly reduce the incidence of IDH in patients with MHD;reduce the number of IDH symptoms such as dizziness, sweating, nausea, and vomiting;but it is not yet proven that it improve the quality of life of MHD patients. This study effectively improved the patient's compliance in dialysis exercise and improved the basis for the application of dialysis in hemodialysis care.
