Objective1.Through retrospective study to analyze the changes of prenatal infection indicators of pregnant mothers with histologic chorioamnionitis(HCA)and whether there are differences in prenatal infection indicators of pregnant mothers with different degrees of HCA;2.To analyze whether there is any correlation between HCA and neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and suppurative meningitis,and whether there is any difference in the incidence of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and suppurative meningitis caused by different degrees of HCA.To comprehensively explore the etiology of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and purulent meningitis,and provide a theoretical basis for primary prevention of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and purulent meningitis.MethodsIn the Department of Pathology,Yan'an University Affiliated Hospital,from June 2014 to June 2018,all the pathological examination results of the placenta were sent to the Department of Obstetrics,Yan'an University Hospital.The placental disease was collected according to the results of placental examination and the chorioamnionitis was detected.No abnormalities were found in placental examination.A total of 254 cases of chorioamnionitis were detected in placental disease,56 cases were included in the study group,and 116 cases were found in the placental examination.Sixty patients were the control group for this study.The ages of pregnant mothers,gestational weeks,premature rupture of membranes,white blood cell(WBC),percent neutrophil count(ANC),and hypersensitive-C-reactive protein were collected.Hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP),C-reactive protein(CRP)and body temperature;general information on newborns(fetal heart condition,amniotic fluid status,birth weight,gestational age,gender,mode of delivery,1 Minute Apgar score and 5-minute Apgar score),as well as neonatal neurological diseases(neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,suppurative meningitis),comparison 1.Study group and control group pregnant mother prenatal WBC,ANC,hs-CRP,CRP and body temperature are different and compare the above indicators in different degrees of HCA changes;2.Analysis of tissue chorioamnionitis and neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,the incidence of suppurative meningitis There is no correlation;3.Comparison of different degrees of HCA lead to neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,the incidence of suppurative meningitis.Result1.Prenatal WBC,ANC,hs-CRP,CRP and body temperature in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group,p<0.05.There was no difference in body temperature between the HCA and the mild group HCA in the moderate-severe group(p> 0.05),WBC,ANC,hs-CRP,CRP were different between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).2.There was significant difference in the incidence of HIE and NPM between the study group and the control group(p<0.05).3.There were significant differences in the incidence of HIE and NPM between different degrees of HCA(p<0.05).Conclusion1.The prenatal infection index of pregnant mothers was higher than that of those without HCA,and the other indicators of pregnant women except for body temperature before HCA occurred were increased with the increase of infection.It is suggested that clinicians need to strengthen their attention to the indicators of infection in the third trimester and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis of infection in the third trimester;2.HCA is associated with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and the development of purulent meningitis,which leads to an increase in the incidence of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and purulent meningitis;3.With the increase of HCA inflammation,the incidence of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and purulent meningitis also increased,suggesting that the clinician diagnosed early,early treatment,and reduced the damage of the brain tissue.
