Objective:1.To Observe the difference of platelet(PLT),plasma D-dimer(D-D)and fibrinogen(FIB)between lung cancer patients before chemotherapy and normal people, and explore its relationship with clinicopathological features;2.The relationship among the changes of PLT,D-D and FIB values pre-and post chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer and the chemotherapy regimen and efficacy;3.The correlation analysis among PLT?D-D and FIB in lung cancer patients. Methods:This study used a retrospective method to collect 82 patients with lung cancers who are admitted to the hospital of Yan'an University from 2014 to 2018,and were treated with chemotherapy at least 3 cycles. The 82 patients with lung cancer as the group of lung cancer, recording the patient's gender, age, clinical stage, and pathological type, chemotherapy regimen,PTT,D-Dimer,FIB values before and after chemotherapy. In addition, collecting 40 healthy people that used as the control group and recording the clinical data of the examiner(Gender,age,PLT,D-D,FIB three coagulation indicators)to perform relevant statistical analysis. The cases were grouped, and the PLT,D-D,and FIB levels of the patients in different groups were compared, and the correlation analysied ong PLT and D-D,PLT and FIB,D-D and FIB were performed.Results:1.The PLT,D-D and FIB values of the lung cancer group before chemotherapy were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).2.The levels of PLT,D-D and FIB in lung cancer group were not related togender, age, stage and pathological classification of the path(P>0.05).3.The changes of PLT,D-D and FIB levels in patients with lung cancer were related to the efficacy of chemotherapy, the leves were decreased in patients with PR(P<0.05).4.In the lung cancer group with EP chemotherapy, the PLT value after chemotherapy was significantly lower than that of before chemotherapy(P<0.05).The D-D value of the lung cancer group with GP chemotherapy was significantly higher than that of before chemotherapy(P<0.05).There were no significant changes among PLT,D-D,and FIB values before and after chemotherapy in patients received DP and PC chemotherapy(P>0.05).5.There was no correlation between DD and FIB(r=0.138,P=0.216>0.05),DD and PLT(r=0.157,P=0.160>0.05,But PLT and FIB were significant.Positive correlation(r=0.328,P=0.003<0.05),by the pearson analysis respectively.Conclusion:1.Patients with lung cancer have a hypercoagulable state before the first chemotherapy.2.The coagulation parameters have positive clinical value for the evaluation of different chemotherapy regimens that the treatment of patients with lung cancer.3.PLT,D-D and FIB levels can be used as effective reference indicators for evaluating the efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.4.There is a positive correlation between PLT and FIB values in lung cancer patients, that is,PLT increases with the increase of FIB.
