With the economic development of modern society,people's living environment has improved constantly.Computers,smartphones and other devices have become necessity of people's lives.Frequent use of these electronic devices has increased incidence of dry eye syndrome in ophthalmic diseases.Dry eye syndrome has become one of the common diseases among white collar,the myopic,special worker and elderly people.If these can't be treated in time,severe complications will occur.However,there is no standard in treatment and diagnosis,which has led to different understanding in dry eye and curation effect.Therefore,it is especially important to provide a quick and accurate examination method for dry eye patients.This paper has researched technique of dry eye detector as following,which it is extremely useful.The design of dry eye detection system included software and hardware.Firstly,in the hardware design of the system,the requirements,principles and models of the light source,Placido disk,industrial camera and other hardware were discussed in detail.Secondly,in the software system design,the module was designed.The functions and architectures required for the dry eye inspection system software platform were designed,which will be described in detail.In traditional imaging technology,circular Placido disk has the disadvantage of the uneven light intensity and gray value.Therefore,this paper has taken ellipsoidal Placido to project light onto the corneal surface for homogenization.And then a four-ring LED array light sources was designed as light sources to improve image sight.At last the whole system could be designed and optimized to achieve best.In the search of the tear film rupture position and time detection,this paper used the algorithm of contrast adaptive histogram equalization(CLAHE)and homomorphic filtering to enhance the image detail.Then image registration was finished by the improved ECC algorithm based on mutual information when the mark in the standard ring of the tear film rupture was positioned.Finally,this paper proposed the threshold of deformation area of concentric ring to calculate the tear film break time BUT.Through rupture position and BUT,the patient can be diagnosed with dry eye syndrome.In this paper,the applicability and stability of the dry eye detection system platform were verified by experiments.Besides,the non-invasive BUT detection was realized.It solved the problem that time detection intrusion brings discomfort to the diagnosis,which had certain reference significance for the in-depth study of dry eye syndrome.
