The prosthetic socket is a prosthetic component that can comfortably receive the residual limb and can transmit an effective force to the distal portion of the prosthesis,which is the interface between the human body and the mechanical system.Therefore,the adaptation of the prosthetic socket refers to the fitting state of the prosthetic socket and the residual limb during the bonding process.The "good fit state" is to meet the mutually compatible state of physiology and biomechanics.The design of the prosthetic socket is based on the adaptability of the socket.The most critical part of the prosthetic design is the design of the prosthetic receiving cavity.Whether the prosthesis fits and its comfort level depend on the design rationality of the receiving cavity.The traditional hand-made process of the prosthetic socket is very complicated,and it is expensive and consumes a lot of manpower and time.The birth of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing(CAD/CAM)technology completely abandons the backward production mode,eliminates the process of manual design,shape and shape modification of the prosthetic cavity.The 3D printing technology makes the labor cost and time cost of model manufacturing greatly reduced,and also makes the model manufacturing more precise.This thesis designs and implements a three-dimensional reconstruction system for prosthesis cavity based on the analysis of cavity CAD software technology,combined with OpenGL and PCL point cloud library.The software uses point cloud data obtained by scanning the residual limb from reverse engineering.The treatment is a surface model,and the acceptance cavity model is obtained by a three-dimensional modeling algorithm for the acceptance cavity model.And to achieve the three-dimensional model of picking,transformation,modification and other operations used to modify the model.Finally,a reasonable STL model file for 3D printer printing is outputted.
