| Objective: In China,bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the urinary system and one of the top ten malignant tumors.And BUC accounts for bladder cancer90%.PD-L1(programmed cell death protein ligand 1)programmed cell death ligand 1as immune checkpoints,raised in many tumors and micro environment and had relationship with prognosis.Butr,the prognostic value of PD-L1 to BUC is unclear.Therefore,the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between PD-L1 and BUC.Methods: From TCGA data portall and RNA sequence data downloaded clinical expression of BUC patientsl.A total of 354 samples of BUC received clinical information in the database,of which 354 are RNA sequencing samples,with a total of19 paired samples.Based on the median of CD274,the patients were stratified into a PDL1 high or PD-L1 low expression level group.SPSS 22.0 and P<0.05 were used for single variable logistic regression analysis,paired sample t test,univariate Cox analysis and multivariate Cox analysis,which was statistically significant.Results: 1.paired t-test of 19 paired samples shows that the there was no significant difference in the level of PD-L1 expression compared to the normal paracancerous tissue,which has nothing to do with the overall survival rate OS.2.the OS of BUC was related to tumor,age,lymphatic infiltration and pathological staging.Multivariable Cox regression model was adjusted to PD-L1 expression level,age,sex,tumor status,and pathological stage showed that only the age and cancer status groups were associated with the overall survival.3.PD-L1 expression level of papillary bladder urothelial carcinoma is higher than that of non-papillary type.Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma with PD-L1 expression.In addition,the expression of papillary PD-L1 in BUC was significantly higher than that of the non-papillary type. |
