With the development of society,the pressure of social competition is increasing,people are enjoying social development to bring convenience,but also face more and more pressure of social competition.When people face these pressures,people often have some reactions,such as poor quality of sleep,so that they present a variety of symptoms.At present,there are some monitoring systems on the market.These monitoring systems are mainly for the monitoring of the human body's electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram,and all kinds of instruments are worn on the human body for data collection.The configuration of these instruments not only takes a lot of money to purchase hardware,but also brings great pressure to people and affects the quality of people's sleep.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a non-contact sleep analysis algorithm based on heart rate and body motion.First,through the study of the decision tree algorithm,the deficiency of the existing decision tree algorithm is analyzed.Then,the sleep stage decision tree is set up to improve the decision tree algorithm,and the improved decision tree algorithm is applied to the human sleep monitoring.In the middle.The experimental data shows,if divide the sleep stage into three stages: wake,REM and Non-REM,the algorithm can achieve the average stage accuracy of 82%.If divide the sleep stage into three stages: wake,REM,Non-REM1,Non-REM2,Non-REM3 and Non-REM,the algorithm can achieve the average stage accuracy of 65%.The main research contents include the research and implementation of the noncontact sleep stage algorithm based on heart rate and body motion,collecting,sorting and analyzing data,and improving and improving the algorithm.The improved algorithm is used to design and implement a non-contact sleep monitoring system.Through the above analysis,the development and development of a non-contact sleep monitoring system is of great significance for people's sleep monitoring and public health.We have designed a non-contact sleep monitoring system,which has the characteristics of non contact and non impact sleep,no professional operation,easy to use and affordable and affordable.
