Funded by the Tianjin Intelligent manufacturing science and Technology Major,this thesis works on the orthopedics surgery navigation system required by the digital medical industry in Department of orthopedics.Taking the development of the human body lower limb alignment navigation system with independent intellectual property rights as the goal,accurate location and measurement of 3D alignment before surgery,fast and efficient registration method in surgery,software development of surgical navigation system have been carried out.The following contributions have been made:(1)Construction of human lower limb alignment system with the help of human anatomy and kinematics knowledge based on the characteristics of preoperative planning for surgery.Next,considering the uncertainty of the coordinate construction of the bone model,the redefinition coordinate system of the bone model was established.Then,the optimization algorithm and theory for the positioning of the lower limb alignment system are proposed based on the redefined bone coordinate system.Finally,the navigation planning module is built based on software development platform.(2)The fast and efficient registration method is proposed according to the differences and defects of existing registration methods in practical applications based upon the characteristics of long bone registration.Aiming at the difference between the existing methods and the optimization methods,the software simulation and model test are carried out to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme.(3)The overall framework and workflow of the surgical navigation system were established by analyzing the application requirements of the surgical navigation system based on the characteristics of orthopedic surgery.Through the analysis and solution of the key technologies involved in the navigation system,the primary version of the lower limb mechanical axis navigation system is built.The researches lay a solid foundation to the development of human lower limb alignment navigation system and provide technical support to surgical navigation system applied in the field of orthopedic surgery in department of orthopedics.
