Objective:To explore the change process of urinary control function recovery after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(LRP)in 40 cases, and to analyze the possible related factors affecting urinary control function recovery, and to explore the prevention and treatment of urinary control dysfunction after LRP.Method:Collection of tianjin nankai university and tianjin third central hospital affiliated people's hospital, two hospital uropoiesis surgical department during January 2015 to January 2018 laparoscopic(LRP)prostate cancer radical treatment of 40 patients with malignant tumor of prostate in the recovery of urinary control related clinical data, according to the time of follow-up and the related clinical data were analyzed, and 12 months of follow-up after surgery,in the process of recording the clinical features of patients with urinary incontinence improve, and to evaluate its urine control function recovery process, the possible related factors on urinary control back.Result:In this study,40 patients were enrolled. The clinical data and urinary control recovery and other follow-up procedures were complete and the collected information was complete and reliable.Follow-up results showed that 21 patients with complete urinary continence(52.50%,21/40),11 patients with mild urinary incontinence(27.50%,11/40)and 8 patients with severe urinary incontinence(20.00%,8/40)were followed up for 1 month after LRP.31 patients with complete urinary control(77.50%,31/40),6 patients with mild urinary incontinence(15.00%,6/40),and 3 patients with severe urinary incontinence(7.50%,3/40)were removed 3 months after LRP.There were 33 patients with complete urinary control(82.50%,33/40),5 patients with mild incontinence(12.50%,5/40),and 2 patients with severe incontinence(5.00%,2/40)6 months after the removal of urinary catheter after LRP.At 12 months after the removal of urinary catheter after LRP,38 patients with complete urinary control were 95.00%(38/40),2 patients with mild incontinence were 5.00%(2/40),and none with severe incontinence were 0.00%(0/40).The urinary control rate of patients one month after LRP was 52.50%(21/40).Three months after surgery, the urinary control rate was 77.50%(31/40).Six months after surgery, the urinary control rate was 82.50%(33/40).One year after surgery, the urinary control rate was 95.00%(38/40).The preoperative length of membranous urethra was the influencing factor for the recovery of urinary control 1 month after LRP surgery(P=0.049).Prostate volume(P=0.039,P=0.013)was the influencing factor for urinary control recovery 6 months after LRP surgery and 12 months after surgery. Conclusion:The length of the membranous urethra and the volume of the prostate are important factors affecting the recovery of urinary control after radical prostatectomy. The preoperative examination and measurement of the two are helpful for the evaluation of postoperative urinary control function recovery and the guiding treatment of urinary control disorders.
