Objective: To further elucidate the mechanism of Elton-Uzil in the treatment of ischemic stroke by using the method of Elton-Uzler in the treatment of focal cerebral ischemia in rats,so as to better guide the clinical practice.It can provide a safe,effective,simple,easy,low medical cost and wide application method for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.it can reduce the economic burden for individuals,families and society,and bring social benefits.Methods: SPF SD male rats,weighing 280 ± 20 g,were enrolled in this study.After 7 days of adaptive feeding,the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups according to body weight,24 rats in the normal group,and the rest were established MCAO/R model by Zad-Longa bolt method.The MCAO/R model rats were randomly divided into four groups: model group,sham operation group,western medicine group and Mongolian medicine group.There were 40 rats in each group.The rats in the normal group and the model group were given the same volume of distilled water(10ml/)twice a day,and the western medicine group was given nimodipine powder(4.5mg/)12 hours after modeling.Mongolian medicine group was given 0.27g/ powder twice a day for 7 days.At 24 h,3 d and 7 d after operation,Berdeson neurological function injury score was used to evaluate the neurological impairment of rats in each group.the contents of TNF-a,IL-1 ? in brain tissue and MDA and SOD in serum were detected by EIisa method at 24 h,3 d and 7 d after operation.Results: 1.The effect of Elton-Uzler on MDA and SOD in rats with MCAO/R injury: the content of MDA in Mongolian medicine group decreased significantly at 24 hours after operation(compared with model group,P < 0.05),and the content of SOD in Mongolian medicine increased significantly at 3 days after operation(compared with model group,P < 0.05).Mongolian medicine group 7 days after operation.The content of MDA did not decrease significantly(compared with the model group,P > 0.05),and the content of SOD did not increase significantly(compared with the model group,P > 0.05).2.Effect of Elton-Uzler on TNF-a and IL-1 ? in rats with MCAO/R injury: 24 hours after operation,the contents of TNF-a and IL-1 in Mongolian medicine group were significantly decreased(compared with model group,P < 0.05),and the contents of SOD and SOD in Mongolian medicine group were significantly lower than those in model group(P < 0.05).The contents of TNF-a and IL-1 in Mongolian medicine group did not decrease significantly on the 7th dayConclusion: 1.Elton-Uzler can promote SOD and inhibit MDA,after focal cerebral ischemia injury,so as to effectively scavenge free radicals,produce antiinflammatory factors and alleviate brain injury.2.Elton-Uzler effectively inhibited the production of inflammatory factors such as TNF-a and IL-1 after focal cerebral ischemia injury.So as to reduce the transformation from ischemic brain injury to inflammatory injury and promote the repair of nerve function.
