Objectives Patients were grouped according to the blood pressure value of each patient according to the new grading standard of the latest version of hypertension in the United States,to discuss the correlation analysis of different blood pressure levels with the incidence of coronary atherosclerosis, lesion number, lesion condition and the nature of atherosclerotic plaque in each group. Methods 237 patients who underwent coronary angiography in our hospital from December 2016 to August 2018 and met the requirements of this study were collected.According to the level of blood pressure into the hypertension group(n=91)and hypertension group(n=146),according to the blood pressure level is further subdivided into primary hypertension group(n=85)and secondary high blood group(n=61),to collect the general clinical data of patients, including gender, age, blood lipid, blood pressure, blood sugar and smoking. To observe and compare the incidence rate, lesion number, lesion condition and the incidence of coronary artery plaques of various properties between the non-hypertensive group and the primary hypertensive group, the non-hypertensive group and the secondary hypertensive group, and the primary hypertensive group and the secondary hypertensive group, respectively. Results 1 hypertension group, primary hypertension and secondary hypertension group, the incidence of coronary artery plaque were 35.2%,54.1%and 57.4%respectively,the incidence of coronary artery plaque between the three groups, difference was statistically significant(?~2=9.425,P=0.009,P<0.05),the incidence of coronary artery plaque there are differences between the three groups, the incidence of coronary artery plaque between three groups was not all equal, need to compare two further, not high blood pressure and primary hypertension group, compared with two secondary hypertension, high blood pressure group,P<0.0125,the difference was statistically significant,However, there was no significant difference between the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group,P>0.0125,indicating that the incidence of coronary artery plaque was higher in the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group than in the non-hypertension group, while the incidence of coronary artery plaque was the same in the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group.2 the hypertension group, and group of primary hypertension and secondary hypertension coronary artery plaque lesion count of comparison, the hypertension group,1,2,3 and above 3 branch of coronary artery lesions were 64.8%,16.5%,12.1%,6.6%,primary hypertension group,1,2,3 and above 3 branch of coronary artery lesions were 45.9%,12.9%,16.5%,24.7%,secondary hypertension group,1,2,3 and above 3 branch of coronary artery lesions were 42.6%,9.8%,18.0%,29.5%,Count between the three groups of coronary artery plaque lesions form than comparison, difference was statistically significant(?~2=19.095,P=0.004,P<0.05),between three groups of coronary artery plaque lesion count form than have difference, between the three groups of coronary artery plaque lesion counts than not all equal, need to compare two further, not high blood pressure and primary hypertension group, compared with two secondary hypertension, high blood pressure group,P<0.0125,the difference was statistically significant, and primary hypertension and secondary hypertension group,P>0.0125,there was no statistically significant difference. The results showed that the number of coronary artery plaque lesions with 3 or more branches in the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group was more than that in the non-hypertension group, while the number of coronary artery plaque lesions in the primary hypertension group was the same as that in the secondary hypertension group.3 the hypertension group, and group of primary hypertension and secondary hypertension is the severity of coronary artery plaque lesions, the hypertension group Gensini score averages 27.03±26.04,primary hypertension group Gensini score averages 41.46±31.27,secondary hypertension group Gensini score averages 42.67±30.66,between the three groups comparing the status of the coronary artery plaque lesions(F=10.221,P=0.000,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant, and that between the three groups of coronary artery plaque lesions, there are differences between the three groups of coronary artery plaque lesions is not all equal, need to compare two further, not high blood pressure and primary hypertension group, compared with two secondary hypertension, high blood pressure group,P<0.0125,the difference was statistically significant, and primary hypertension and secondary hypertension group,P>0.0125,there was no statistically significant difference, that of primary hypertension and secondary hypertension coronary artery plaque lesions than in hypertensive group of serious,The coronary artery plaque lesions were the same between the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group.4 the hypertension group, and group of primary hypertension and secondary hypertension coronary artery plaque nature of comparison, the hypertension group of calcified plaque, mixed plaque and the incidence of non calcified plaque were 30.7%,37.2%,32.1%,primary hypertension group of calcified plaque, mixed plaque and the incidence of calcified plaque were 29.4%,44.3%,26.3%,secondary hypertension group of calcified plaque, mixed plaque and the incidence of non calcified plaque were 32.0%,40.0%,28.0%,There was no significant difference in the properties of coronary artery plaque between the three groups(?~2=2.495,P=0.646,P>0.05),indicating that there was no difference in the properties of coronary artery plaque between the three groups. Conclusions 1.The incidence of coronary plaque in the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group was higher than that in the non-hypertension group. The number of coronary artery plaques with 3 or more branches in the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group was higher than that in the non-hypertension group.Coronary artery plaque lesions were more severe in the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group than in the non-hypertension group.4 There was no difference in the incidence of coronary plaque, lesion number, lesion condition and plaque nature between the primary hypertension group and the secondary hypertension group, indicating that coronary artery lesions did not change with the increase of blood pressure. This study confirmed the high blood pressure, under the new classification for blood pressure 130/80 mmHg,compared with normal blood pressure, high blood pressure, especially under the new definition of primary hypertension is led to the differences in coronary artery lesions, and the new definition compared to the primary hypertension and secondary high blood pressure, coronary artery pathological changes between the two groups did not change with the increase of blood pressure and,as long as the blood pressure reached 130/80 mmHg,aggravating the degree of coronary artery lesions, therefore, when the blood pressure value up to 130/80 mmHg,namely should fully clinical attention,Take active and effective measures to control blood pressure level to prevent the complications of hypertension.Figure11;Table15;Reference 129...
