Objectives To analyze the differences of patients with morning hypertension and snoring in age,gender,smoking history,drinking history,heart rate,blood pressure,body mass index(BMI)and body surface area(BSA);to investigate the differences of patients with morning hypertension and snoring in blood routine examination,biochemical all items,angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2),angiotensin(1-7)[Ang(1-7)],ultrasonic cardiogram and common clinical complications;To explore the correlation between snoring and morning hypertension.Methods Totally 243 patients with high blood pressure were selected in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital from Dec.1 2017 to Nov.30 2018.24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),questionnaire survey and polysomnography were used to determine whether there were morning hypertension or snoring.Then the patients were divided into 4 groups: non-morning hypertension combined non-snoring group(group A),non-morning hypertension combined snoring group(group B),morning hypertension combined non-snoring group(group C),morning hypertension combined snoring group(group D).The general clinical data,examination results,clinical complications,ACE2,Ang(1-7)of each group of patients were recorded by Epdate and analyzed by Variance,Wilcoxon rank sum test,Chi-square test through SPSS 17.0,and the Rank correlation was used to explore the correlation between snoring and morning hypertension.Results 1.Among the 243 hypertensive patients,171 patients had morning hypertension,accounting for 70.37%,and 132 patients with snoring,accounting for 54.32%.38 cases in group A,34 patients in group B,73 patients in group C,and 98 patients in group D in morning hypertension combined snoring patients.Accounting for 15.64%,13.99%,30.04%,and 40.33%respectively;Group D was younger than group A and C;group D had higher BMI?BSA than group A and C;The diastolic blood pressure in hospital of group D was higher than in the group A;2.The level of red blood cells(RBC)in group D was higher than that in group A and C;the level of hemoglobin(HGB)in group D was higher than that in group A;the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)in group D was significantly lower than that in the group A,C;the level of creatinine(Cr)in group D was the highest,which was significantly higher than that in group A,B and C.The level of uric acid(UA)in group D was significantly higher than that in group A and C.3.The left atrial diameter(LA)of group D was higher than that of group C;The left ventricular enddiastolic dimension(LVD)of the D group was higher than that of the A and C groups;The posterior wall thickness(PWD)of group D was higher than that of group A,and the interventricular septal thickness(IVSD)of group D was significantly higher than that of group A.4.The proportion of morning hypertension in male and female is about 1.46:1;the ratio of snoring is about 1.24:1;The proportion of males,smoking history,drinking history,combined coronary heart disease,diabetes,and cerebrovascular disease in group D was significantly higher than that in group A,B,and C;5.There is a correlation between snoring and morning systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.The relationship between snoring and morning pressure is higher in patients under 60 years old than in patients over 60 years old;there is a high correlation between snoring and high morning systolic blood pressure in female patients than that in male patients;and a high correlation between snoring and high morning diastolic blood in male patients than that in female patients.Conclusions 1.The morning hypertension combined with snoring patients are younger and more male,with more proportion of smoking and drinking.2.At the same time,BMI,BSA,RBC,HGB and Cr of the morning hypertension combined with snoring patients are high;HDL-C level is low.More patients have abnormality of left ventricular structure;more patients with coronary heart disease,diabetes,cerebrovascular disease;3.There is a correlation between snoring and high morning systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure.Figure12;Table13;Reference 136...
