The Influences Of Calf Spleen Extract In Immune And Effects On Patients With Adenocarcinoma Of The Lung

Objectives To investigate the efficacy of calf spleen polypeptide injection combined with chemotherapy in advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods Selection of 135 patients with advanced lung Adenocarcinoma admitted to respiratory Department of the hospital affiliated to North China University of Technology from June 2017 to December 2018 as the research object.The intervention treatment program was divided into experimental group and control group,71 cases in the experimental group and 64 cases in the control group.Two groups of patients after admission,such as patients with hemoptysis,chest pain,breathing difficulties and other symptoms,are given hemostasis,pain relief,oxygen absorption,diastolic bronchus and other symptomatic treatment.After clear diagnosis,the culture was given to the Pimetrazine,the 500mg/m~2 d1 intravenous drip,and the intravenous drip of cisplatin75mg/m~2 d2,d3 and d4.Regular chemotherapy 4 cycles,after the end of the 4 cycle with routine support treatment.The routine treatment of the experimental group was accompanied by the use of calf spleen extract polypeptide injection 8ml 1/day static point.Calf spleen extract polypeptide injection is given regularly(every 1 months).After 2cycles of treatment,the bone marrow inhibition and T-cell subsets of the two groups were observed.Continue regular chemotherapy,after 4 cycles of chemotherapy,the calf spleen extract polypeptide injection is given regularly(every 1 months).At the same time,follow-up was performed,and the survival period(PFS)and Total lifetime(OS)were recorded.The results of this experiment are counted by SPSS22.0 statistical software.The continuous variables conform to the normal distribution,and the T test of the two independent samples is carried out by using the mean±standard deviation representation.The card side test is used for counting data.The survival analysis of Kaplan-Meier method and the application of COX model were used to analyze the risk factors related to the prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Results The subjects of age,sex,smoking,lymph node metastasis,KPS score,clinical TNM staging,differentiation degree,bone marrow inhibition and T cell subsets were compared between the experimental group and the control group in the group,and the two groups were not statistically significant.After 2 cycles of treatment,the blood marrow inhibition was compared between the two groups,and the leukocyte,erythrocyte and platelet counts decreased,and the bone marrow inhibition in the control group was greater than that in the experimental group,P<0.05.It shows that the application of calf spleen extract can improve bone marrow inhibition,which is statistically significant.Compared with the T-cell subsets in the two groups after 2 cycles,the proportion of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the experimental group was slightly improved,and the proportion of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the control group was lower than that of the previous patients,P<0.05.That is,it shows that calf spleen extract can improve immune function,which is of statistical significance.The Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that in 135 patients with lung adenocarcinoma,the non-progression of PFS in the experimental group was the mean±standard deviation 5.689±0.218 months(95%CI was 5.262-6.116)and the control group had no progression survival PFS as the mean±standard deviation 5.245±0.176 months(95%CI for 4.900-5.589)(?2=3.170,P=0.075),no statistically significant;total lifetime mean of the experimental group±standard deviation 12.875±0.364 months(95%CI12.165-13.591),total lifetime mean of control group±Standard deviation 12.124±0.330months(95%CI is 11.477-12.771),showing that P value is close to significant level(?2=4.098,P=0.043),statistically significant.That is,calf spleen extract has no significant effect on the survival period of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,no statistically significant,and calf spleen extract has an effect on the total survival period of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,which is statistically significant.The independent variables entering COX regression model were the application of calf spleen extract,sex,age,smoking status,KPS score,clinical TNM staging,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis,because the variables were non-progression survival state and survival state,and were shown by COX regression model.There was no correlation between the application of calf spleen extract and the non-progression survival State(P>0.05),no statistically significant,and the application of calf spleen extract was correlated with the total survival State(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusions Calf spleen Extract has cooperative anti-tumor,improved immune function,reduced tumor bone marrow inhibition and improved long-term survival of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma chemotherapy.Figure 1;Table 16;Reference 57.
