Slag powder is normally used in the high strength and high performance concrete to promote the quality of the concrete in practical application.At present,slag powder has formed a relatively complete processing system in the process of production.Because of its particularity,occupational health problems may occur during production,the occupational hazards of workers are becoming more and more serious.According to the reports of occupational diseases in recent years,the incidence of occupational diseases is on the rise in various industries.Among all kinds of occupational diseases,pneumoconiosis is the most serious one,which has attracted extensive attention.so focuses on the problems of occupational diseases in the production of slag powder.In order to protect the workers' health,on the basis of literature review and summary,use the Delphi method to determine 6 primary indexes and 24 secondary indexes of slag powder production occupational-disease-prevention system,use the analytic hierarchy process method to determine the evaluation index weight of occupational-disease-prevention system in slag powder production,establish occupational disease prevention evaluation system for slag powder industry.Considering the fuzziness,complexity and dynamics of each evaluation index in the process of slag powder production,the factors will influence each other,so based on the evaluation model established by extension matter-element method to evaluated the occupational-disease-prevention system of slag powder production.Taking the slag powder production project of Tangshan Boquan industry limited company as an example,use the model of occupational-disease-prevention evaluation to analyze and demonstrate,based on the analysis of the existing problems in the prevention and control of dust hazards,more targeted to strengthen the slag powder production project occupational disease special treatment,In order to protect the rights and interests of workers occupational health and safety,provide reference for other similar projects.Figure 4;Table 9;Reference 54...
